modern apartment, Great location,

Pros: - nice, modern, light colors - very spacy - cot was new and clean - fully equipped kitchen with oven, microvawe… - comfortable bed - 5min from metro, 15min from the beach, 20min from L’oceanario GREAT!!!! - our room was ready 2h earlier as requested

Cons: - would be perfect if soap dispenser is also by the sink - we informed that very loud noise is coming from the ceiling but noone replied or fixed. We were just partially turning off electricity but it meant no AC at the same time - apartment is at 0 level with entrance directly from the road, even if it’s not a busy one, you hear passing people at night and garbage trucks coming late evening & early morning - would be good to provide anything to cover the baby in the cot - single lock at main door looks unsufficient

Pros: very comfortable apartment- big, clean and very nice kitchen with everything you need.

Pros: Modern, freshly renovated, well-located, spacious flat - we can fully recommend it

Cons: Nothing really. Maybe could be a 2nd lock on the door (since the entrance to the flat leads to the street immediately)

When I walked into the unit I literally said WOW!

Pros: The apartment was far larger than I expected and so nicely furnished! I've been traveling for a couple months now and this was THE most comfortable bed I've slept in BY FAR. There was a grocery store less than a block away and a fruit stand right next door. Close enough to the port and beach to walk there. Metro/train not too far away, either. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine! When the internet was not connected, someone promptly came and got it working for me.

Cons: As stated above, internet was not connected when I arrived. I was never able to use the SmartTVs, which would have been really nice, because I couldn't get them to connect since I had no ability to do so without the account information. Minor detail, as I was still able to watch cable TV and watch streaming on my computer.

Confortable

Pros: La cercanía de todos los medios de transporte, supermercados, centros comerciales, lugares de interés.

Bien

Pros: El apartamento es nuevo y grande estaba limpio y nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora. Aún así entrar a las 16.00 opino que es casi perder un día.

Cons: Que no hubiese gel de manos y que el gel de la ducha estuviese a medio rellenar y no duró toda mi estancia. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hace demasiado ruido para dormir y es molesto.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, bonito y cómodo

Pros: Alojamiento bien ubicado, más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Tiene un supermercado al lado. La cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda y la cama plegable está bien. La cocina bien equipada.

Cons: Cuando llegamos había algunas cucarachas en la entrada porque se habían dejado un botellín abierto detrás de la cortina que no se retiró en la limpieza. Los siguientes días vimos algunas sueltas así que dimos en aviso al alojamiento. Se ofrecieron a traernos un insecticida y nos confirmaron que darían aviso a control de plagas para cuando nos fuésemos. En el baño rezuma un olor a alcantarilla cuando corre el agua, que es puntual y desaparece al rato.
