Relaxing enjoyable great area would stay again.

Pros: Clean and spacious great area close to all amenities, and the beach. Also great bus routes on your door step. Would highly recommend staying.

Pros: The agency representatives were very kind and allowed me to check in before the official time. The apartments are spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, where there is everything you need to cook. 3 minutes to walk to the Malvarosa beach. I would like to separately note the excellent service of the agency and especially Elena, who responded very quickly to all requests. I definitely can recommend this apartment.

Cons: I had to remind several times about the return of the deposit

Nice, cozy apartment very close to the beach

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and supermarkets. The staff which were in charge of managing the property were very responsive and nice, always willing to do their best in helping us.

Cons: The area where the apartment is located is not the best one from Valencia from what I could tell, but I never felt unsafe, not even at night.

Pros: A lot of space, the beach is very close, the bus for all directions are in a next street. In kichen you have everything, also enougj clean sheets, towels...

Cons: The smell from outside canalization time to time.
