Apartamento Sofia

Pros: Great apartment! Clean, everything you need is there. There's a supermarket and the beach nearby, everything is within walking distance.

Cons: The only thing is there's some noise from the traffic early in the morning. Otherwise, everything is great!

Best location, comfortable, calm and quiet

Pros: Very close to everything: a very well equipped supermarket (Consum) is just few steps, such as a tasty and cheap restaurant (Casa Monica). The beach with showers, sunbeds and good restaurant (El Trompo is highly recommended) is also within 5 minutes walk. We could catch every type of buses within 2-3 minutes and reach the city center, restaurants or the Oceanografic. Bus neteork is really great and not too expensive. Our excellent host, Miguel helped us a lot when we arrived, meanwhile he wasn’t meddlesome. The beds in the apartman were very comfortable, quiet street, shuttles and air conditioner supported our good and relaxing sleep. The apartman is very well equipped, there was even a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine with powders, moreover shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom. 2nd floor is not too high even with children is comfortable.

Cons: The staircase was a bit smelly, but we shut the door, so we could manage it.

Great location for the beach stay :)

Pros: Spacious and good bathroom, good size living room to sit down and relax, very close to the beach

Pros: Breakfast not provided. Location excellent - very good buses to everywhere.

Pros: Localisation and also the apartament itself was excellent! Beach just a few steps, two big supermarkets nearby. The hosts were very helpfull and friendly! Great opportunity to stay in Valencia!

Lovely stay

Pros: Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk from supermarket. Close to bus stops. Very friendly owner with good communication from before we arrived. Hope to return some day

Pros: Owner is very friendly and supportive. In fact, we were late for the check in due to transportation issue however he is calm and wait for us. He is available all the time for your needs. House is located very close to beach and it's wonderful. Apartment is also located close to all amenities and specially super market.

Eine schöne Zeit!

Pros: Super Lage, nah am Bus (mehrere Linien), am Supermarkt, am Strand, nah an diversen Hornos (Spanische Hausmannskost frisch gekocht zum Mitnehmen), nah an diversen Spielplätzen, nah am Surf- und Longboard- Geschäft inklusive Verleih! Treppenhaus in den 2. Stock angenehm und gut zu laufen, unten Platz für den Kinderwagen, 2 Schlüssel der Wohnung: das war gut, so konnte sich die Familie auch mal aufteilen, Hinterhof ruhig, genug Zimmer für uns :-) Elektroheizung (Radiator) sehr hilfreich im Februar, hat uns die ersten Tage gerettet. Und vor allem: Miguel als Sehr sehr hilfsbereiten Wohnungs- Verwalter, Kommunikation schnell und einfach per WhatsApp auf Spanisch, war super, Miguel half uns bei allem, was uns im Weg stand: vom fehlenden Anspitzer für Buntstifte bis hin zur Suche nach einem „Desetascador“ (Pömpel), als uns der Abfluss in der Küche verstopft war. Vielen Dank, Miguel!

Cons: Extremer Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch im gesamten Haus (Wohnung und Treppenhaus), nach viel viel Lüften nur leichte Besserung, erst nach Verwendung eines Raumsprays (Neutralisator) endlich Luft zum Atmen (bin Asthmatikerin und Nieraucherin). Die Handther rochen dann noch nach Zigarette, aber die Wohnung nahezu nicht mehr :-) Trockentücher in der Küche wären toll; bei den Pfannen war die ein oder andere sehr abgenutzt und kaum noch zu reinigen. Vorne an der Straße oft frühmorgens (4 h?) Müllabfuhr, aber mit heruntergelassener Jalousie war der Schlaf nicht mehr gestört :-)
