Pros: The appartment is spacious. We especially liked the kitchen and bedroom. The location was excellent and it was nice that toiletries were already present.

Pros: Near the beach Malvarrosa. 🏖️ Grocery stores about 100-200 m distance. Some people’s said public transport is far…Public transport is at the front of the building 50-100 m distance - bus. Other buses at distance of 200-300 m. There are many options to go to the centre of the city. Sand is fine, water is shallow and with perfe temperature. Damian is perfect host of the apartment. Easy communication, answered of all our questions. Even allow us to stay a bit more. Thank you Damian, all our gratitude to you! We see you next time!

Cons: NOTHING NEGATIVE! If someone doesn’t like something, you really don’t know what means to be happy with small things. Be grateful and thankful for things you have!

Big, sunny, wonderful stay near the beach!

Pros: Location near the beach is perfect. Quiet block. Apartment is big - 3 bedrooms facing an inner courtyard so it is quiet. Living Room and dining/kitchen face the street, where there is plenty of light and a view of the ocean in the distance. Damian was very good with communication and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Zwiedzanie i odpoczynek w Walencji.

Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, jasne. Przestronne pokoje. Dwie duże łazienki zaopatrzone w kosmetyki (nawet odżywkę do włosów). W pokojach szafy, do których można się wygodnie wypakować. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W kuchni podstawowe przydatne produkty (przyprawy, olej do smażenia), zmywarka z nadmiarem kapsułek (a często w mieszkaniach te produkty są wyliczone). A przede wszystkim - świetna lokalizacja. Parę minut spacerem do plaży. W pobliżu liczne sklepy z owocami, warzywami. Doskonały dostęp do publicznej komunikacji. Gospodarz niezwykle komunikatywny i pomocny.

Cons: Że byłam tam za krótko....Żal było wyjeżdżać

Great stay for a relaxing couple of days in Valencia

Pros: Excellent location, only 2 blocks from the beach, access to groceries and restaurants one block away, and only a short trip to the Center of Valencia. It was excellent.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in Valencia und dieses Apartment gehörte zu den besten Unterkünften, die wie gebucht haben. Die Grösse, die Ausstattung, die Lage sind einfach top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir wurden sehr schön empfangen, es gab einen Obstkorb und eine Grundausstattung an Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Spül- und Waschtabs. Auch die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine war gut. Es ist sehr angenehm nicht alles sofort und vor allem von Null auf zu kaufen.

Cons: WLAN gab es nur im Wohnzimmer, in den Schlafzimmern kaum Empfang. Die Klimaanlage hat zum Teil \

Pros: Todo genial, en fallas la Malvarrosa está tranquila, así que puedes aparcar y pasear sin problemas por la zona. La casa está muy bien, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Valencia.

Cons: Alguna persiana no iba muy bien, y la TV no tiene cable de antena.
