Pros: Excellent apartment clean and situation to beach great.

Great apartament if you ant to explore beach and city

Pros: Great apartment at affordable price. Close to the beach, about 5-10mins walk. If you want to go to city centre you need to take taxi whch is around 15 euros. Large-ish rooms and well equipped kitchen ( coffee maker, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, washing machine)

Cons: Their reception is located 20mins by car from the apartment so getting safety box or something similar is a way forward to safe time & hassle. There is tiny balcony facing street & medium size patio facing back of the house but the view is not spectatular , all you can see is back of another building. Yop floor is very squeeky so you can hear every step if you sleep ownstairs. Poor water pressure

Molto spazioso!

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo per 6 persone. Cucina completa. A pochi passi dal mare. Esattamente come in foto.

Cons: Purtroppo si trova parecchio distante dal centro della città e ci è stato detto che non è una zona molto raccomandabile. Per fortuna l’appartamento si trova in una via ben illuminata e ben frequentata, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Pros: Posizione comodissima per la spiaggia di Malvarosa, appartamento grande e spazioso e servizi molto vicini e comodi.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, buena ubicación, 5 min de la playa a pie.

Cons: La recogida de llaves se hace en unas oficinas bastante lejos del apartamento, lo cual es incómodo.

Чудове місце щоб зупинитись для відпочинку

Pros: Чисто, охайно, пралка, сушарка, посудомийка, тостер, кавоварка все є, тераса для приємних вечорів🥰

Cons: Ремонт в сусідній будівлі, трохи шумно і таргани на першому поверсі (але таргани це напевно проблема того району а не помешкання)

Чудово за таку ціну вогонь! рекомендую

Pros: Дуже сподобалось апартаменти, колоритні, близько до пляжу, поруч продуктовий магазин Mercadona.

Cons: Трішки було брудно на першому поверсі. Був запах в примішенні, відкоили вікна провітрили, і все стало добре.

Bella struttura, confortevole e vicino al mare. Consigliata!

Pros: La abitazione in generale con tutti i suoi spazi (terrazzino molto apprezzato) e servizi, e anche la posizione.

Cons: Ho dimenticato un costume nella struttura, che però non è stato ritrovato dai gestori/proprietari. Lascio solo come consiglio per entrambe le parti (gestori e ospiti) di fare più attenzione in questi casi.

Piso correcto muy cerca de la playa!

Pros: El piso es bastante amplio y muy cerca de la playa que es lo que buscábamos! El piso es algo antiguo pero tiene todo lo necesarios, las camas estaban cómodas, cerca del piso hay supermercado y tienda de alimentación.

Cons: La recogida de llaves me ha parecido muy incomoda, ya que el local se encuentra a media hora en coche del alojamiento.
