Pros: The place was spotless and a great space - so many facilities, like a full kitchen, utensils, and beach facilities. The key was handled as soon as we arrived there. It was easy and great service. Good location if you have a car.
Cons: nothing to add on - everything was good.

Good but no great
Pros: Close to the beach. Kitchen with loads of spices and cookware to cook and store food. Air conditioner in the living room and kitchen. Spacious and clean apartment
Cons: Extra fee for late check in. Having to call at arrival to find out the address and to someone come and open de door for us. When the calling wasn't straight foward for them to know the address, theu even ask us how long will it take us to get to the house from the airport, without us knowing where the house was for a start and being our first time in valencia. Bedroom doesn't have air conditioner, very warm at night. A lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Crib with no mattress

Uroczy taras, bardzo wygodne mieszkanie :)
Pros: Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, z uroczym tarasem i dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Trochę głośne - słychać sąsiadów i bar na dole. Fajna lokalizacja - trzy kroki od plaży i sklepu.

Pros: Бесподобные аппартаменты . Даже лучше ,чем на фото. Было все необходимое . Удобные кровати, 2 ванные комнаты,уютная терасса ,удобно ,что рядом есть и супермаркет и маленькие магазинчики , пляж и автобусная остановка. Нам даже предложили сделать уборку и поменять полотенца,но мы стирали их сами .
Cons: Единственное неудобство при заезде . Ключи нужно брать в центре города в офисе до 21.00. Если позже прилетели-то доплата 30 евро. А потом нужно ехать еще до квартиры довольно далеко.

Pros: De sleutel ophalen op andere locaties is geen probleem, taxi even laten wachten en door naar het appartement. We waren 2 uur eerder dan afgesproken incheck tijd, maar was geen probleem het appartement was klaar,en we konden er meteen gebruik van maken. De ligging is fantastisch. Vanuit het appartement is het 7 min lopen naar het strand. Voor 15 euro met freenow taxi (even app installeren het is een soort uber) naar het centrum. Deze was er elke keer binnen 5 minuten. Erg schoon, hebben niets gemist in het appartement (er was zelfs een parasol aanwezig om mee te nemen naar het strand). De communicatie tussen gastheer was excellent, onze föhn was kapot gegaan, hadden dezelfde dag nog een nieuwe gekregen. Late uit check was geen probleem. Ik kom hier graag en zeker terug.

I would stay there again.
Pros: Beautiful, clean, close to stores, groceries and beach. Also fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Cons: The building entrance stinks and the backyard smells because of the street cats. If you are handicapped or have problems walking up stairs this is not a place for you.

Un appartement spacieux et charmant à proximité des commerces et de la plage
Pros: Accueil facile pour réceptionner les clés au bureau du loueur, disponible et serviable. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant l'heure d'entrée dans l 'appartement et au final, nous avons pu prendre l'appartement à 11h alors que l'heure prévue était 16h

Sehr schön, hat uns sehr gefallen.
Pros: Nähe zum Meer, Bus in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt in der Nähe, etwas ruhigere Gegend, aber war OK für uns. Das es zwei Badezimmer gab, war eine Überraschung für uns, hatte ich in der Beschreibung nicht gelesen. Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft im \
Cons: Die Stufen in den ersten Stock sind wirklich sehr steil und der Gang sehr eng, für ältere oder beeinträchtige Personen nicht ideal. Wir sind ja noch jung ! Auf der Homepage des Reisebüros stand, dass die Koffer in den Öffnungszeiten gelagert werden können, leider war das nicht der Fall ! Wir konnten in der Stadt ein Depot für die Koffer finden, was allerdings 12 € / Koffer für ein 4 Stunden kostete.
