A wonderful stay and well needed break.

Pros: It’s a beautiful property with all necessary and desired amenities. The staff were exceptional - we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

Cons: It’s in a part of town that has seen better days but there is easy access to the city centre with bus/metro/taxi. The prices for drinks and food were surprisingly high for Spain.

Excellent hotel, food and service. really enjoyed the stay although we had a lot of bad weather.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem. breakfast was excellent and we also ate in the restaurant twice and found it to be very good.

Cons: We didn't realise the old town was not within walking distance. Although there was a bus stop outside the hotel which went into the old town.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week's holiday and are thinking of coming again

Pros: The beach location was very attractive and getting to the old city by tram was straightforward and fun

Cons: Although we had really excellent breakfasts, the evening meal was not to the level we expected even though the restaurant is bistro style

We are very satisfied

Pros: Very good breakfast and good dinner at the same restaurant. Location is very good, on the beach where are lot of different restaurants and lounges. Good parking in garage where are lot of charging places for el.cars.

Cons: That's bad that drivers wit not BEV still occupied the special parking places. And the parking places are relatively narrow so it's very common that there are 2 cars on the 3 places. But fortunately the garage is big and there are many places for BEV.

Five star quality and treatment

Pros: The staff were very charming and could not have been more helpful, especially Maxine, Borja and Jorge. The spa (and all staff there) was great. The view from the room was amazing, it was a key reason behind me chosing the hotel. The breakfast might just have been the best I've ever had.

Pros: Everything is fantastic here. The biggest thing for families is a kid’s club and the lady who cares about kiddos. It is an extra-ordinary value.
