Amazing top hotel

Pros: Everything, especially the helpfulness of the staff, my upgraded room with sea view and bath tub, and the proximity of the beach and all the restaurants along the corniche

Brilliantly any location and stay.

Pros: Fantastic location on the beachfront. Close to bus and tram ino the city centre. Stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Lovely balcony looking over the beach. Staff very helpful. Good restaurant downstairs.

Cons: Kitchen a little small but still adequate. Main double bed is part of the living space separated by a screen from the kitchenette. But that didn’t trouble us but to be aware of.

In general very satisfactory.

Pros: It was clean, the beds were comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in room, breakfast good value for money, friendly staff, excellent shower.

Cons: There was a bad smell in the bathroom from the drains. We opened the window a lot and in the end you got used to the smell and you didn’t notice. But you noticed again when you came back into the room.

Pros: The p. We (mum and I) had such a wonderful New Year with the staff from the hotel. Very kind and lovely ppl.

Cons: The Party in Marina Beach wich started at 6 pm and ends the day after 3.30 a.m (more than 1 day party)

Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Very central location. We liked the bed very much , even if it had a little hard maddress.The cleaning personell was exceptional helpful and nice , as was the reception. Fridge in the room. Temperatur in the room very easy to control.

Cons: There was a moldy smell in the bathroom,, but the staff handled it very well. Quite often we heard Party/music sounds from Beach Clubs until 3 in the morning, even if the windows/doors were closed. Recommend ear plugs. Loud noise from ventilation when slide door is open, so we had it closed all the time.We had a room with a side balcony, not directly towards the beach.

Pros: Location, and really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, and I felt at home for the week that I stayed over the new year. Being so close to the beach made it even more special for early morning walks.

Cons: The room could have been bigger, but it was just fine for one person. A couple might have found them a bit too small.

Pros: Clean, compact and very well serviced. All Staff should be commended as they were helpful and supportive in every situation . Thank you for your attention to our needs and exceptional help in medication crisis !

Cons: I would welcome more TV channels in English as I travelled with my Down Syndrome daughter who only speaks English.

Good clean and quite room.

Pros: Nice and close to the beachside in Valencia. short taxi ride into city center. nice and clean room. The room was quite. My stay was in November.

Cons: No Iron in the room. Not sure if they have it at the front.

Perfect location on the beach, great staff and comfortable stay

Pros: I thought the room was basic with no frills but perfectly comfortable and had all I wanted. Room service was Excellent and cleaning was done quickly and efficiently every day. The front desk staff at the hotel were really lovely, friendly and helpful!

Pros: Very nice personal. Very near to the beach. Nice breakfast. Clean and pleasant. Not far from the bus station and Hop-on-hop-of bus stations. Very nice beach. I will return next year.
