Pros: Very comfortable, clean. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed.

Cons: Noise from the street. Check-in was easy, but keep your phone charged and don't loose it because you can open doors only with phone. No keys, open the link only, when you stay next to the entrence. It wasn't bad, just different. And system works good.

Pros: Quiet location near bus and tram stop, supermarket and bakery nearby, coffee machine with excelent coffee, well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: You can hear some traffic noise from the street, but it's not too annoying.

Per una piacevole vacanza

Pros: Posizione ideale per vivere Valencia sul mare, comoda anche per visitare la città grazie ai collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici (in 20 minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro e le principali attrazioni). Loft confortevole, curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, ideale per una coppia che cerca un appoggio per visitare Valencia.

Cons: The apartment is well insulated and the road is not very crowded. Nevertheless, for light sleepers the morning noise can be a little bothering

Bonito y cómodo apartamento interior para unos días

Pros: Destacar la limpieza, comodidad, y la amabilidad de la persona de contacto. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, y comunicado con buses y el metro al lado.

Cons: Como punto negativo destacaría que no hay ninguna ventana, lo que eché mucho en falta. El apartamento es un bajo a pie de calle, por lo que el ruido de los coches que pasan es como si estuvieran dentro. Si destacar que al menos es una zona bastante tranquila.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati in 3 e si stava bene e comodi. La cucina è dotata di tutto, anche di macchinetta del caffè con delle ottime cialde. Qualità prezzo eccezionale

Cons: Posizione un po in periferia dal centro e dal mare ma collegata molto bene, con fermata del tram e autobus vicinissima. Carta igienica aggiungerei un rotolo in più.
