Pros: Close to shops and public transport, tram and several buses. The room has a TV, washing machine, large fridge and dishwasher. Convenient access to the apartment - electronic, so there is no fear of losing your keys or card. Quiet neighborhood, respecting the silence of the night.
Cons: The bathroom is cold and the air conditioning should be set up elsewhere because it blows on the kitchen. If there is already an express, it would be nice to leave a few capsules. There were no garbage bags, and there was no laundry capsule - if someone stayed for a few days, they certainly wouldn't buy 20 pieces of coffee, capsules and garbage bags. Check-out by 11:00 but at 10:00 someone tried to enter our apartment.

Pros: Everything was very good, and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartments. The location was great — having a supermarket nearby was very convenient, and the beach was within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The only small thing I would like to mention is the Wi-Fi signal. It was a bit weak at times, and occasionally it caused minor issues when opening the doors via the system. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality — we would be happy to stay again! 🌞

Just perfect.
Pros: Everything was clean and arranged properly in the room. We even had a wash machine. The facilities in the room are all working properly.

Fantastic hopefully we will be back.
Pros: Everything was perfect, no complaints, the property was spotless with all the amenities that you need, a 4 minute walk to a small supermarket that covered all our needs. A fantastic 2 Euro a trip bus service 2 to 5 minutes away with regular busses into town the beach and restaurants, Pablo our host was on hand when ever needed, he looked after all our needs you are in good hands, should I return to Valencia we will definitely stay at Beach ll apartments.
Cons: Nothing for our needs everything was perfect, maybe the only thing missing was a clothes drying rack.

Pros: Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, nuovo e completo di tutto! Accesso direttamente su strada ma non essendo molto trafficata non si sentivano rumori. Molto apprezzato il fatto che non ci siano chiavi ma che si apra tramite un link.Host presente e cordiale, soggiorno piacevole

Pros: Апартаменти як нові - інтер'єр зі смаком, ліжко та подушки зручні, чистота ідеальна, кухня укомплектована всім необхідним. Поруч зупинки трамваю та автобусів, якими легко та швидко можна доїхати як на пляж так і в центр міста, та в океанаріум. Нам все сподобалось. Дякуємо!
Cons: Досить холодно в ванній кімнаті. І якщо є експрес до кави, то можна було б залишити кілька капсул ;)

Pros: Disfruté mucho mi estancia en estos apartamentos. Todo estaba limpio, bonito y cómodo. El interior es agradable, todo es muy elegante. Cama muy cómoda. La ubicación del apartamento es muy conveniente. Hay una parada de autobús y tranvía cerca. Cerca del Museo de Ciencias

Pros: Мені дуже сподобалося, що все нове, чисте. Дуже комфортний матрац на кроваті та дивані. Дуже гарне розташування - на сусідній вулиці зупинка трамваю, гілка якої йде прямо до центру міста. А до Океанаріуму 15-20 хвилин пішки. Все влаштовано для комфортного проживання.
Cons: При бронюванні було вказано, що будемо проживати втрьох - два дорослих і дитина 10 років.Спеціально вибиралися два спальних місця.Коли приїхали і заселилися ( це було біля 23:00- так прилетів літак), виявилося, що тільки один комплект постільної білизни. Коли написала в підтримку, то мені відповіли, що на наступний день зранку принесуть все, бо обслуговування працює тільки до 21:00. Ніч моя подруга ночувала на дивані без постільної білизни вкриваючись власною курточкою, бо вкриватися ковдрою без білизни це не гігієнічно. Після перельоту і пізнього заселення нам дуже хотілося спати і ми думали, що нам вдасться це хоча б до ранку. На наступний ранок о 07:30 до нас в номер без попередження або навіть повідомлення, відчинивши двері власним ключем, поки ми спали, ввійшла жінка. Ми думали, що вона принесла постільну білизну, яку нам пообіцяли принести зранку. Але ні! Вона просто прийшла перевірити чи є у нас гаряча вода. О 07:30 ранку! Без попередження. І про це можна було запитати в повідомленнях. Ми були в шоці. Після цього ніхто вже не заснув. Постільну білизну нам принесли о 10:30. Хотілося б розуміння і тактовності в таких ситуаціях.
