Pros: - close to the bus station and in close proximity (5 minute walk) from metro station - close to the oceanarium (10-15 minutes walk by foot) - close to the mall

Cons: - the walls are thin and you can hear at night guests that come and close the doors forcefully - the breakfast could be more varied

Nice and cozy hotel!

Pros: The hotel isn't new, but it is nice, clean and cozy. The location is great, in nice and quiet area, very close to the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias and Turia park. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast is good and many different things are served but it is same every day which is not a problem if you are staying for a short period.

Good choice directly outside busy Valencia city centre.

Pros: Good location convenient for restaurants etc. On street parking available plus possibility of private parking at cost. Clean, comfortable and modern. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

Pros: Free good breakfast, great location for public transport into the old town and very close to the science park.

Cons: Reduce car parking fee for more than 1 night would be good and the addition of a small gym for basic workout.

Pros: The hotel was fine overall, but I was not aware that I needed to request the room to be cleaned in advance. This was not clearly communicated. The location is very good, especially if you are attending events at the Roig Arena, which is within walking distance.

Excellent location for shopping and Roig arena, great breakfast included. Very good value for money.

Pros: W e were going to a game at the Roig Arena. The hotel is in a fantastic location for this. The free breakfast was much better than expected, the room temperature was good (it was a cold night!) The bathroom, shower and toiletries in particular, was of a good standard. Foe the price we paid I was very happy. Big shopping centre and some local attractions very close

Cons: The bed was a little small (my husband is very tall though) and it was a little firm but that’s personal preference. I perhaps wouldn’t stay for more than a couple of nights.
