PATACONA BEACH VISTAS AL MAR

Nice, quiet, flat next to the beach.

Pros: The beach is just right next to the building. You can go for a morning joging just leaving the building. The bus stops are 2-3 corners away so very close if you don't want to rent a car. The grocery is also 2 corners away where you can get nice food. There are restaurants nearby. We stayed more than a week, and had so much fun even the weather was not really warm. Marta who let us in and helped us, is a true angel.

Cons: two (foldaway) high chairs would be needed inside. If you plan to come during the summer, sitting outside where there's a big table with chairs can be a good option but in the winter it was a bit difficult to have dinner together with 2 kids. We did not want to bring the furniture from outside, inside.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Valencia by foot, bike, or public transport. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. But what really stood out was the excellent communication with the host. José was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and accommodating, making our experience from start to finish completely stress-free. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Apartment

Pros: Located a few steps from the beach, we could not have wished for more. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything we required. José stayed back to meet us personally as we were running an hour late. He made us very welcome and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Underground and secure parking was ideal. Highly recommended.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

Beach getaway

Pros: Recently stayed at this lovely apartment on the beach coast of Valencia and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is truly unbeatable – waking up to breathtaking sunrises and the soothing scent of the sea was simply magical. With the beach right at your doorstep and loads of restaurants nearby, I couldn't have asked for a better setting. The apartment itself was great. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully modern, just as described. Every necessity was provided, making our stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Valencia. I can't wait to return!

Cons: Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but we didn't necessarily mind as we were mostly enjoying the outside anyways!

Pros: Lovely area. The host was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The shower was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: A coffee pot would be helpful for those that don't like pods. The bed sheets were old and could do with replacing. Spare duvet cover and pillow cases for the extra bedding would be useful too..

Pros: Location absolutely perfect, hosts very nice and quick to communicate. Everything was clean and neat.
