Wonderful place, comfortable and felt really welcomed by Jonas

Pros: Location was superb, so close to the sea and a real homely appartment. Jonas the host was so quick and supportive with his answers and tips, he was really wonderful!

Cons: The only thing what we missed, was a tea towel, but now we didn't have to dry the dishes but let it airdry, which was also relaxing :-)

Perfect place to stay

Pros: One of the best stays we ever had. Brand new apartment, fully equipped, perfectly located near the beach and with a lot of facilities nearby, with a side sea view balcony. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Keurig appartement aan breed strand

Pros: De plek is geweldig: vlak aan het Patacona strand en aan de rand van Valencia. Verder is het appartement netjes en compleet. Van toegevoegde waarde is het grote gezamenlijke zonnige terras beneden. Een mooie basis voor een vakantie.

Cons: Niets. Wel een tip voor de eigenaar. Leg een info blad neer met tips voor tijdelijke bewoners. Later die week ontdekten wij pas twee leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt: Tintorera (diner) en Colonia (lunch).

Super appartement met uitzicht op zee!

Pros: Heerlijk appartement, lag echt super aan de lange boulevard. Alles lekker nieuw. Dichtbij hele leuke eettentjes. Ligt lekker rustig maar met bus 31 en 32 kun je het centrum in.

Cons: Niets mis alleen miste wij wat tips en hints. Niemand gezien of gesproken. Was onze eerste keer in Valencia vandaar.

Pros: Muy limpio. Todos utensilios. Buena calefacción. Muy cerca del mar. Puertas de seguridad. Electrodomésticos muy chulos. Armarios de gran capacidad.

Cons: Bidet no funcionaba, no salía agua.

Top Appartment am Strand, netter Gastgeber, alles was man braucht..

Pros: Die Lage in erster Reihe zum Meer ist hervorragend, mit einigen Restaurants, Bars etc in der Nähe. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es in Fußnähe. Das Gebäude wirkt sehr sicher, hat einen eigenen Portier und es gibt bei Bedarf gegen Aufpreis einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Das Appartment ist super sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort geantwortet, war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Espectacular apartamento frente a la playa

Pros: Precioso apartamento con vistas a la playa. Muy bien equipado y con una decoración muy cuidada. Parking disponible en el mismo edificio. Buena comunicación con el propietario siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons: Nada
