Pros: Położenie obiektu jest w znakomitym miejscu od razu przy plaży a spod samych drzwi odjeżdża autobus 31 prosto do centrum. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek z dziećmi z racji na plażę, która jest dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Pros: Todo genial, el piso luminoso y amplio, la limpieza, la ubicación y las vistas. Tener parking gratuito nos ha quitado un dolor de cabeza.

Cons: Nada. Solo un apunte, dejaría en el piso detergente y suavizante para los viajeros que no tienen tiempo de comprar.

Pros: Sehr gute Ausstattung, mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Tolle Aussicht zum Strand und Meer!

cumplio mis expectativas,

Pros: el check-in se hace con indicaciones de un video, poco definido y me costo 1º abrir el acceso al edificio, y una vez dentro costo bastante liberar las llaves del cajetin, perro una vez lberadas perfeta estancia

Cons: Anuncian calefaccion y no es asi, aunque en el baño no hay conducto del aire, solicite un calefactor y lo proporcionaron. Tambien comentar que si tienes puesto el aire en la noche molesta el ruido de la maquina al estar junto al dormitorio.

Pros: Die saubere Unterkunft war hell und mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet. Für uns war Waschmaschine/Trockner wichtig. Beide haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Es gibt auch im November genügend Parkplätze draussen. Mit einem grossen SUV passt man nicht in den Lift für die Tiefgarage.

Cons: Only slight negative is parking. Very limited unreserved parking spaces you can use.

Bien mais pas exceptionnel

Pros: La plage est à proximité Il y a des parkings, des restaurants et des bars à proximité L immeuble est propre et bien surveillé

Cons: Ce logement est bien mais rien d’exceptionnel. Je n’aurais pas mis de note si le propriétaire ne nous avait pas incité à mettre un 10 par message avant la fin de notre séjour. Ce que nous trouvons très osé et mal venu de sa part . Nous souhaitons que les prochains saches à quoi s’attendre car cet appartement ne vaut pas sa note. Il est juste bien pour un appartement sur Valencia mais rien de plus …. On voit juste un petit bout de plage mais l’appartement est plutôt tourné vers la route et les parkings entre deux bâtiments. On entend bien les voitures le matin et les meubles commencent à être un peu défraîchit . Un volets roulants ne fonctionne pas et le store banne extérieur est HS. Cependant merci beaucoup pour le cidre de bienvenue. C est une petite attention que je souhaiterais souligner.

Pros: Leuk appartement met groot balkon op fantastische locatie vlakbij het strand. Bus stopt voor het gebouw en in 45 minuten ben je in het oude centrum van Valencia.
