Very comfortable apartment close to metro and Turia park

Pros: We (family with a small child) stayed at the apartment for a week. We found it very comfortable. It was very well equipped, clean, with good location close to a metro station and 5min walk to the Turia park. The builidng is located on a main street but the flat is facing the inner courtyard and is very quiet. There are supermarkets and bike rental places very close to the flat. The communication with the hosts was very smooth and quick, they also gave us some useful information for the city. Overall very nice accommodation which we would vist again if coming to Valencia.

Cons: The double bed was on the soft side for our liking. The aircons were causing some vibrations and unpleasant noise coming from the windows. This wasn't a big issue since we didn't use them at night.

Great stay

Pros: Everything in the appartment is new and clean. Very well equipped, has everything you need. Location is very good, about 20 minutes walk to the Catedral and Placa del Reina. The owner Veronica is approachable and ready to help at any time.

Pros: Very good location. Kitchen has everything needed for short stay. The beds are very comfortable. Very large balcony for the evenings.

Nice stay in VLC

Pros: Location (but we knew that since we lived in the neighborhood a couple years back), cleanliness (baby was with us), and availability by the host.

Cons: Electronic lock was problematic when we arrived, but they fixed it the same day and since then, no issues.

6 nights in Valencia

Pros: Location of the apartment was very good, 25 minutes walk to old town and the same to City of Arts and Sciences. Bed was very comfortable and apartment well stocked.

Cons: Nothing. View from balcony was the back of other apartments but not close, so not intrusive, and we knew this before arriving. More an observation , not a criticism.

Pros: La propreté et l’emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville

Ottimo appartamento in una posizione davvero TOP!

Pros: Un bell'appartamento, situato al quarto piano, abbastanza spazioso e con un piccolo terrazzo. Ha una camera con letto matrimoniale (con possibilità di avere il lettino da campeggio per i bimbi piccoli, come nel nostro caso) e un divano letto nella zona soggiorno. Condizionatori sia in camera che in soggiorno. Bagno confortevole, con doccia e bidet. Cucina ben attrezzata. Buona la pulizia al nostro arrivo. La posizione è davvero top! Oltre ad avere tutti i servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (metro di Aragò, diverse fermate di autobus, supermercati, farmacia, caffè, ristoranti, noleggi bici, etc.), è anche strategico perché è a 2 passi dal Turia (parco meraviglioso) e ad un 20/25 minuti a piedi sia dal centro storico che dalla Città delle Arti e delle Scienze. La spiaggia più vicina dista circa una 20ina di minuti con l'autobus. Infine, Veronica è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Super consigliato!

Ottimo appartamento, pulito, ben equipaggiato in zona centrale

Pros: Siamo ritornati per la seconda volta e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza a Valencia. Buona posizione a pochi passi dalla metropolitana che porta direttamente in aeroporto e comodo sia per il centro che per il mare. Zona residenziale con supermercati e ristoranti ideale se si vuole stare in una posizione centrale ma fuori dal caos più turistico

Mooi uitgerust en perfect gelegen appartement

Pros: Veel ruimte, proper, exact zoals op de foto’s. Goed gelegen om Valencia te bezoeken . Dicht bij open vervoer met goede verbinding naar bezienswaardigheden.

Cons: Enkel Bialetti aanwezig. Geen koffiemachine.
