Pros: Very smooth communication with the manager. As marked the location is perfect. Clean and spacious.

Best base for amazing Valencia.

Pros: A lovely apartment in a great location! Just about 20 minutes from the city centre (in one direction) and the City of Arts and Sciences), just next to the park! Spacious living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms - excellent for a family or a company of friends. It is furnished with everything you may need for your stay. The host, Fernando, was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful with some advice as to how to reach the main attractions, where to eat, he gave us information about the Fallas Festival activities. He was also very very kind to let us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out, because our flight was in the late afternoon. And finally, the apartment is very quiet. We really had a very good time!

Excellent apartment in beautiful city

Pros: The location was good as close to the Jardines del Turia which was an easy way of moving quickly around Valencia. It was a 20-30 minute walk to the Arts and Science Park and cathedral but very pleasant walking through the gardens. Fernando the host was very nice and extremely helpful. Made lots of recommendations about restaurants and supermarkets and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again

Pros: - propriétaire très sympathique et réactif sur Whatsapp; - Appartement avec un grand salon/salle-à-manger; - quelques commerces à courte distance : petit supermarché et boulangerie notamment ; - quelques sachets de thé/ infusion ainsi que quelques capsules de café fournis : c'est bien agréable pour un court séjour !

Cons: - Durant la nuit de vendredi à samedi et celle de samedi à dimanche, beaucoup de tapage/cris dans la rue, pour ceux d'entre nous qui dormaient dans la \

Gran departamento para un grupo familiar!!

Pros: Departamento antiguo de sólida construcción, en 2do piso con ascensor. Muy silencioso. Ambientes amplios, luminosos y bien ventilados. Tuvimos TODO lo que necesitamos. Muy bien equipada la cocina. Barrio tranquilo y cerca de muchos medios de transporte. Puedes acceder caminando 20’ a la Ciudad vieja.

Cons: Solo un detalle! El ventilador de uno de los dormitorios pequeños, al no ser de pie, no refrescaba tanto.

Pros: Apartamentul spatios, paturile comfortabile, aerul conditionat racorea tot apartamentul fara probleme(apa se scurgea intr-o galeata pe balcon si trebuia golita galeata, dar proprietarul ne-a anuntat de la inceput despre acest aspect), iar jaluzelele de la geamuri faceau intuneric bezna in camera, perfecte pentru a te odihni fara probleme atat ziua cat si noaptea.

Cons: Singurul minus pe care as putea spune ca l-a avut a fost presiunea la dus care atunci cand dadeam drumul la apa calda care era extrem, extrem de slaba. Cu toate ca erau 2 dusuri, nu se puteau spala 2 oameni in acelasi timp, tot trebuia sa facem pe rand.

Jó lehetőség a nyaralásra!:)

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen van, a városközpont két metrómegálló, a tengerpart 1 buszjárattal elérhető. A lakás jól felszerelt, a szállásadó kedves.

Cons: Nem volt.

Aangenaam appartement waar het ondanks de grote hitte in de stad (ca. 38 C. ) goed toeven was.

Pros: De ligging ten opzichte van het ov; de ruimte; de nette en gezellige wijk met de veelheid eetgelegenheden; de aanwezige airco in de woon- en grote slaapkamer; de keuken waarin alle zaken aanwezig zijn.

Cons: Voorziening warm water in badkamer bij grootste slaapkamer is niet goed; de bank in woonkamer zit niet comfortabel; de parkeervoorziening is erg smal.
