Everything went according to our expectations.
Pros: The location is pretty center between the city center, Oceanography, and the beach. Bus and metro stops are also easy to reach. There are plenty of restaurants around the location, so do supermarkets.
Cons: This is nothing essential, but I would like to inform other travellers that better not to operate the stove with ACs or other devices which consume electricity at the same time. This way, one can avoid power cut.

Pros: Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht bij het centrum. Appartement ligt in een gezellige buurt. Veel restaurantjes.
Cons: Het is een prachtig appartement, maar de afwerking laat hier en daar te wensen over. WC pot staat gammel, wasbakken los. Laminaat kapot, plinten. Contactdoos los van de muur.

Pros: La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro, sitio para aparcar y con varios restaurantes cerca
Cons: La vivienda es vieja y aunque esté bien reformada y cuidada, al haber varios restaurantes cerca a las noches había un poco de ruido

Naprawdę świetnie nam się mieszkało i czuliśmy się jak w domu.
Pros: Świetne, klimatyczne mieszkanie. Na wyposażeniu jest absolutnie wszystko czego potrzeba do funkcjonowania. Bardzo dobra okolica. W zasięgu 5 min spacerem znajduje się stadion Mestalla, metro Arago, ogrody Turii, lokalny market czy sklepy Consum i Mercadona. W okolicy jest mnóstwo barów i restauracji.
Cons: Brak windy. Nie jest to wada mieszkania, ale warto mieć to na uwadze, bo jednak to 3 piętro.

Excelente
Pros: El apartamento es muy amplio y no le falta detalle. La limpieza es de diez. Se aparca bien por los alrededores en zona blanca y también hay la opción de parking de pago a pocos minutos. Es una zona muy tranquila, de noche no se escuchaba nada de ruidos. Tuvimos una pequeña confusión por nuestra parte con la dirección al hacer check in y el anfitrión nos atendió rapidísimo y con muy buena atención.

consigliassimo se il terzo piano senza ascensore non crea problemi
Pros: Spazioso, luminoso, ben arredato, presenti lavatrice asciugatrice ferro da stiro, bel bagno con doccia spaziosa, presente shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma e set di asciugamani. Consigliato. Posizione a 200 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana Arago che porta direttamente all'aeroporto, vicino allo stadio e al Jardi del Turia, centro storico raggiungibile a piedi.
Cons: unico difetto che per noi non è stato troppo un problema, l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore e scale strette, con bagagli ingombranti o con difficoltà motorie è complicato. molti appartamenti a Valencia sono senza ascensore.

Pros: Appartement heeft twee ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Metro op loopafstand waardoor je je makkelijk kunt verplaatsen door Valencia. Leuke restaurantjes, een goede bakker en grote supermarkt liggen dichtbij het appartement. Parkeergarage om de hoek als je met de auto bent.
Cons: Een paar punten van aandacht. Bank in de woonkamer is verschrikkelijk om op te zitten. Houdt rekening met het feit dat er geen lift is en dat het appartement op de bovenste etage(s) ligt. Geen aanrader tijdens Fallas tenzij je graag pas na 04:00 gaat slapen. Tot die tijd kun je meegenieten van de plaatselijke casal die het geluidsniveau aardig hoog heeft staan tijdens het feestgedruis. Het vuurwerk ben ik allang gewend maar de disco met 120 decibel was knap lastig om doorheen te slapen.
