there are quite a few tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket, fresh food market nearby

Pros: The keys were easy to find with the direction that our host sent us. Unfortunately, it was a bit difficult to find the apartment block as there was no clear name on the entrance but in saying that the host was available to assist us in finding the correct apartment block

Cons: the rooms were slightly smaller than expected.

All in all we had a great stay!

Pros: Convenient location for metro, walking into City Centre and to attractions

Cons: Bathrooms getting a little tired looking. As when we stayed a couple of years ago only supplied with one set of keys which was not convenient.

Perfect for a long weekend in Valencia

Pros: Very nice apartment, with 2 comfortable bathrooms, perfect for 5 people, Several bars and restaurants in the area, large food store right next door. About 30-40 minutes walk to the center. Perfect for a short trip to Valencia. Trip in autumn, so it wasn't too hot.

Clean and comfortable apartment well located to visit Valencia.

Pros: the apartment had everything we needed. It was modern, light, clean, comfortable and was decent size. It had a good outlook over the square. The location was excellent - we could walk to the science museum area and the old town in 25 minutes.

Cons: I did not find the parking instructions very clear or the the instructions to enter the apartment. Number 7 includes two separate entrances and I started at the wrong one without realising or expecting there to be another. The access to the basement for parking relied on using a key in the actual lift and this was unusual and unexpected to me. Someone was available from 4 pm and helped but the hours of someone available could have been better. Also the keys to the parking were in the room so we had to park, get the keys and then park again. The end result was that checking in was frustrating and took too long.

Beautiful apartment and lots of convenient stores for food, very happy

Pros: Easy to collect the keys, but first time in Valencia and using FV Flats so wasn't sure how to get in the building so had to use WhatsApp for detailed instructions ie door code to get in, and then floor no and flat no as the address wasn't clear (I'm from the UK and so it was completely new to me). But Customer Service was really helpful and very quick to respond

Cons: The smell from the drains was awful in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door (as no extractor) and bedroom window open all the time when not in use.

Pros: I think a bit overpriced, but the place is completely worth it and amazing, and we went also in peak season

Valencia is a big historic city with lots of restaurants and bars.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable in a nice area near to the metro and buses.

Cons: The apartment was 40 minutes walk to the beach and 40 minutes walk to the city centre. So on reflection I would stay nearer to the centre if I returned.

Very nice

Pros: Good location, close to the metro station with line that takes you to the airport. There is a playground in front of the building which was perfect for our kid. Also a local market with an amazing bar is right infront! Kitchen had everything we needed. Apartment is cosy. Overall great experience :)

Cons: To reach the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom which was the only inconvenience we had.

Great apartment for a stay in Valencia.

Pros: Property was equal distance between the old city and the beach about 45 minute walk each way although you could use the metro system that is very close. The apartment had everything you would need gorgeous a few days stag in Valencia. There is a street market immediately outside on a Monday. Plenty of authentic tapas bars close by.

Wonderful city break

Pros: Very good contact with the host, mercato just behind the corner and panoramic window in the living room are strong assets of this apartament!
