Pleasant, comfortable, convenient. No frills stay!

Pros: The staff are really friendly and attentive! Bag storage is available so the check in/out times are not an issue! Rooms are clean and hairdryer is great

Good value for money

Pros: Good base for exploring the city. The hotel seems to be part of a new residential complex. Though the room was a bit small, we didn’t really missed the extra space. The bed and pillows were very good, room was clean, the restaurant downstairs had a very good breakfast and was open till late in the evening for those that are interested in eating at the hotel.

Cons: Some rooms that are facing the main road might be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Pros: great location, no 99 bus across the road all the way to beach, staff very helpful, asked for quiet room and got one at the back, perfect, nice bar downstairs, great shower and TV, very nice area, beautiful new stadium /arena next door

Cons: all good, shower water might leak out on to floor, put down towel just in case

Would go back for for a work stay or a short 2 or 3 night stay.

Pros: Apart from booking a 3 bed when I only needed a two this was a nice place to stay and would consider staying again, good for short stays maybe... 1 to 3 nights its ideal..

Cons: Nothing, it was all pretty good!

Pros: I enjoyed the super king bed size, cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. Location was decent, 15/20 mins into centre but near the oceanographic and arts and science museum.

Cons: Our shower leaked every time we used it, making the floor soaked. Would have appreciated a kettle for the room/mini fridge. Can sometimes be a bit noisy from other guests in hallway and downstairs from the arena cafe.
