An ideal place for a week-long stay in Valencia.
Pros: The hotel is beautifully located in a modern and safe area of the city, with a shopping center, bus stop, and many restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. I would also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant — the food is delicious and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Ilunion Aqua 4 again on our next visit.

Pros: The location was great. Situated in the centre of a mall. Shops and eateries on your doorstep. Room was spacious, bed bid and comfortable.
Cons: Certain parts of the room needed some attention. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Pros: How close to the aquarium this hotel is. And that it sits on the top shopping mall with a lot of restaurants.
Cons: I was not able to change the AC, but opening the window was enough to reduce the temperature

Pros: Location location location. Perfect location, also supermarket under hotel, you can park your car on the street nearby hotel for free, as there is no need to park in car park where it is costly.
Cons: I have been in many hotels, but here breakfast is a bit an issue if you want to get hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon or etc. You need to request or damand employees to get it for you, as they do not top up straight away, I mean 20- 30 mins no hot food....they basically are saving on it and it is obvious..pleanty sugary foods..

Perfectly located near Valencia’s major sights, with great transport connections.
Pros: The hotel is exceptionally well located in terms of proximity to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències complex, Oceanogràfic València, and the Museo Fallero de Valencia. There is no metro station nearby, but the bus connections are very convenient and the VALENbisi cycling network is excellently developed. With the city bikes you can reach almost anywhere, provided you are accustomed to this type of transport. The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, and there are two more malls on the adjacent street. The area is full of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. If you are staying only two or three days, you may not need to travel more than two kilometers from the hotel, as everything is within easy reach. We stayed for ten days. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast is varied and generous.
Cons: What I did not like was that in such a large hotel, with eight floors, there were only two coffee machines available at breakfast. During our ten-day stay, both machines were working at the same time on only two days. The rest of the time, only one machine was operating, which meant waiting five to ten minutes just to get coffee. The staff was also insufficient and could not serve the number of tables and guests quickly and efficiently.

Pros: We stayed in a pet-friendly room that already included the fee for our golden retriever. The hotel is conveniently located almost in the same building as the mall, so we used the mall parking — with the hotel discount, it cost €14 per day. The location was excellent, right next to Turia Park and close to the City of Arts and Sciences. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good as well, costing €15 per person.
Cons: It was a bit confusing to get from the parking to the hotel, as you need to use two different elevators. It would be great to receive clearer instructions about this before arrival.
