Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: Excelent location - 5 minutes walk to City of arts and sciences, bus 19 stops in front of the hotel and brings you in 15 minutes to the old town or to the beach. Many restaurants for dinner and cafes for breakfast. Two shopping centers are few steps away, third one is 10 minutes walk. Cleanliness - spotless. Comfortable beds, no outside noises, we slept well.

Cons: Some furniture needс renovation.

Very pleasant, the staff organised an earlier check in for us which was very kind of them

Pros: Location was excellent, the staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: One possible issue with the property is the access to the car park. We managed ok but our car is a mid sized SUV, if you were in a bigger car eg X6 or an estate it would be pretty tricky to get in and out.

Great location

Pros: The location was perfect, great access with bus line 19 providing links to the beachfront and city centre. Although located on a busy road, it was not noisy at all.

Very comfortable hotel

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast, nice cafeteria/restaurant. Very convenient location for the Science museum and other attractions in that complex. 45 minute walk to the old town and similar to the beach area.

Pros: Location was excellent. #19 bus took you to the old town. Convenient.

Cons: Hotel a bit tired in the rooms, needs updating. Plus the room had dust on the skirting boards. Bath was not clean when we arrived. Shower was in the bath but very thin bath

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. The location was close to the public transport, several lines stop very close to the hotel, making it easy to get around. There was a good breakfast/brunch spot right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of supermarkets.

Cons: The room was not as spacious as we would have liked and beds could have been more comfortable.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, warm room, very comfortable king size bed Breakfast was very good with a lovely selection of meats cheese fruit as well as hot food and pastries cereal etc. couldn't fault it.

Cons: Poor shower over bath and the water was lukewarm. Sink pop up waste jammed. Toilet flush was poor also.
