Super friendly and client oriented mini hotel, definitely recommend

Pros: We enjoyed every bit of our time there. The room was big so our son could play. The receptionists especially Marra are super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great value hotel with an interesting location, great public transport, friendly helpful staff.

Pros: The staff truly set this hotel apart. Every member of the team was excellent—friendly, professional. Their helpfulness made checking in and navigating the hotel a breeze, and they were more than happy to offer advice about the local area. The rooms themselves were a highlight: quirky in their design, which gave them a unique charm, yet spacious and spotlessly clean and nice and quite. Great value hotel with an interesting (not necessarily ultra central) location, great public transport, friendly helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, and well kept facilities—highly recommended.

Cons: A wider food offering might be an advantage, but what is available is exactly as described, so there is no real complaint.

Pros: The hotel was excellent — managed with the mindset of a high-end property but at a very reasonable cost. It’s clear that the team has strong hospitality experience, as they paid attention to even the smallest details. I highly recommend it.

Lovely quirky hotel in a great location.

Pros: The entrance is a bit strange but once into the building everything was nice and comfortable. Great location for seeing the sites and for food and drink choices.

Cons: The entrance was a bit like entering a warehouse but fine once used to it.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room. The supermarket was really close to the hotel. A great experiennce for our City Break.

Pros: The location, the bathroom was huge. The room was clean

Cons: There was a smell of the sewer in the bathroom (room 6, the red one)

Clean comfortable hotel in a good location.

Pros: The staff, who were only there in the morning very cheerful & helpful. The hotel was very clean & the rooms very comfortable.

Cons: There were no staff in the afternoon, so although the information stated staff were on site until 11pm they weren’t, so you couldn’t get any services. We had two problems in our room, first the safe wouldn’t open, morning staff resolved both times it failed , second gave us an override key, to avoid the problem. Second our air conditioning unit was overheating our room & the first night we cooked & even when turned off restarted within seconds. Staff dealt with it by disabling the unit, which for us dealt with the problem.

Excellent stay in Valencia

Pros: Well-located, modern and nice property. Loved almost everything about this place for our short stay. A big thank you to all the staff, they were all lovely. I also liked the location, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Ciutat de las Artes y las Ciencias, but the beach and the Ciutat Vella are both easily accessible by public transport. We could also add breakfast to our stay which helped us starting the day right. Not a particularly big selection but it was enough and also included some local options like tortilla de papas.

Cons: I really loved everything, maybe a suggestion that there were only 2 hooks in the bathroom for us to put the towels so you could either hang up the hand towels or the bigger ones you use for showering, but nothing serious. I would put up more hooks so the guests have places to hang their towels.

Nice Location

Pros: It doesn't look much on the outside but on the inside you are blown away. As for the rooms they are massive. They also have their own bike rental.

Cons: I thought the seating area and the breakfast was a little small. I had a half marathon and it was packed at 7am on the day of race, even though there are only 13 rooms.
