Pros: Beautiful decor, like a 5 star hotel, shops atms restaurants bars cafes, all right beside you, and a tram station that takes you to the old town a hundred yard from the door , beach to absolutely die for 2 minutes walk, an extremely safe area with a lovely vibe off everyone around, and Zara was amazing to deal with , great communication and great vibe, thanks Zara and Wendy, Gracias Xx

Pros: Friendly and helpful host, the apartment with 3 bedrooms and large living room was perfect for our group, walking distance to the beach, close to public transportation, restaurants.

Pros: Zara is a fantastic host and very accommodating. She answered all my questions helpfully and ahead of time. She was also happy to store my bike and luggage in the apartment ahead of check in

Cons: There are a few minor things missing from the kitchen that would complete the stay and that you would expect to find in an apartment for large groups. This should include a toaster. Dishwasher instead of washing machine and a broader range of kitchen utensils. These were minor compromises and everything else was well equipped and very comfortable

Cons: Description of 2 bathrooms but only actually one bathroom and one toilet so only 1 shower Bathroom didn't lock

This is a great place, in a great location and the host was thoughtful with recommendations.

Pros: Great location, near the beach. Spacious apartment with AC in every room. Clean and equipped with all necessities for a short stay. Overall, we loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Valencia!

Cons: Only one shower is not enough for big groups. The towels could be replaced with newer ones. The coffee maker was not working.

Pros: Non c'è una cosa che non mi è piaciuta dell' alloggio.. Il top. Posizione ottima , vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Posto tranquillo. L'appartamento è impeccabile, dalla pulizia all' eleganza dell'arredamento. Ci ritornerò e lo straconsiglio. Lo staff super gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment bien situé proche de la plage et des restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et possède tous les ustensiles et commodités nécessaires.Les photos sont conformes à la réalité.Les échanges se font très bien par Whatsapp.Je recommande vivement cest un bon rapport qualité prix. Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito y esta muy cerca de la playa

Pros: Die Wohnung ist ihr Geld wert und liegt sehr nah am Strand und an der Promenade – nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Die Fotos entsprechen der Beschreibung, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit dem Wohnungsvertreter lief über WhatsApp, und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nachts und am frühen Morgen war es ruhig – kein Lärm von Menschen oder Autos. In der Nähe gab es einige günstige und leckere Cafés. Da wir früher abgereist sind, wurde uns die Kaution innerhalb weniger Tage auf unser Konto zurücküberwiesen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Alojamiento justo pero aprovechado

Pros: La ubicación es en un barrio periférico de Valencia, pero muy próximo a la playa

Cons: La estancia fue muy corta y no me desagradó nada
