Pros: The apartment had capsules for the capsule coffee machine, tea, spices, salt which is a big plus. A lot of dishes in the apartment. Big TV. The apartment is spacious and new.
Cons: the floor was not clean enough, the dishwasher did not work and did not have any detergent capsules to work, there were only 2 blankets (if you take an apartment for 4 people, this is not enough, there should be a blanket for each person, the blanket was too thin, the weather in Valencia was bad and it was cold to sleep with such a thin blanket). The internet signal is too weak, it's almost impossible to use the internet from the back bedroom.

We will happily return back and spend more time in property. We looking forward to do it again soon.
Pros: Location of property exelent, easy access to beach, restaurants and bus stop is just on the corner. Very happy.
Cons: Only little things could be improve in the flat like in the bathroom NO hand soap or shower gel and in one of the bathroom was quite strong smell of canalisation. In kitchen could be more cooking accessories like cheese grinder or salt, oil and sugar like in any another flats owners provided. Apart of that, is clean, stylish with great location flat. Thank u xx

Pros: Posizione, spazi ampi, arredamento moderno, fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Tre condizionatori perfettamente funzionanti. Autobus e tram a portata di mano. Super silenzioso di notte. Spiaggia a 5 minuti così come tutti i locali e ristoranti della zona. Anche se ci sono poche recensioni, consigliatissimo. Da provare la paella nella taverna di fronte.

Appartamento meraviglioso
Pros: L'appartamento è di fronte al mare con sotto casa tutte le fermate dei mezzi che ti portano in centro. Pulitissimo ,spazioso,completo di tutto ciò che serve perfettamente servito da ogni servizio come supermercati ristoranti farmacie e negozi .dalla finestra della camera da letto si vede la spiaggia che dista 2 minuti a piedi .Non mi aspettavo di trovare un appartamento così bello e curato torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglierò .

Schöner entspannter Aufenthalt in Valencia!
Pros: Prima Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an den Strand und in die Altstadt. Viele Restaurant in der Umgebung. Bus in die Stadt um die Ecke. Unterkunft sauber und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen.
Cons: Nur einige Ideen für zukünftige Besucher: Haken für Handtücher -Butterdose -Kaffeekanne mit Filter (Nespresso macht viel Müll) -Hinweis auf Mülltrennung und Entsorgung - etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck, damit man bei Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen mindestens 2 mal Frühstücken kann bevor die Spülmaschine benutzt wird - Geschirrtücher -Spiegel im „kleinen Schlafzimmer“ - kleine Ablage und/oder Nachtisch an beiden Seiten der Betten - Decken zum zudecken -Wäschezwicker

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, łatwy dojazd do miasta ( piechotą też można dojść, około 40 minut do oceanarium czy trochę dłużej do centrum). Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, czyste, duże sypialnie i dwie łazienki!!! Okolica bezpieczna, blisko do restauracji i barów. Bardzo miły właściciel, możliwe było zameldowanie późniejsze (a jeszcze dodatkowo mieliśmy opóźnienie samolotu). Ogólnie, bardzo polecam.
Cons: Drobiazgi jak np. brak płynu do mycia naczyń czy tabletek do zmywarki, brak ręczników papierowych w kuchni.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Lokal Świeżo po remoncie. Czysto. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżka.
Cons: Brakuje jeszcze kilka detali aby było bez zarzutu, np. wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience, brak telewizji (jest tylko internet) , brak na start papieru toaletowego po przyjeździe, worków na śmieci czy tabletek do zmywarki. Ale to pewnie dlatego, że lokal dopiero „wystartował” :)
