Valencia Luxury - Malvarrosa Beach

Enjoyed it..

Pros: Huge 3 bedrooms..Great kitchen all good ..Beach View..Recommend it..

Cons: Weather was poor ..not their fault of course..

Pros: Great location, very clean and spacious apartment, it ticked alot of boxes for us as a group. They were very helpful in organising Airport transfers for 4 of us & luggage / bike boxes, happy to recommend this apartment.

Cons: Our flight arrived early morning & our flight home was late in the evening, we had bike boxes & alot of luggage so the 3pm check-in time & 11am (standard) check out was not great for us. It would be helpful if there was a location in the apartment block to leave large bags etc. Otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment.

Winter break

Pros: Great location, and stunning views from the roof terrace. Everything you need for a stay, kitchen well equipped. Room size, great, comfortable beds.

Cons: The kitchen cupboards, fine of you're 6 foot tall, I'm 5.2! Luckily my other half is tall so able to get glasses down etc. Broken picture in lounge. The bathroom shelving is very tired and broken, could do with some TLC. Air condition unit needs a service and a clean. The roof terrace needed cleaning, all chairs were covered in bird droppings, of which I had to clean before we could sit down. Sofa set missing cushions, needs some TLC before the summer guests arrive.

Pros: Great location and only a stone's throw from the beach. Facility wise, everything met our needs as we were mainly using the apartments to rest and sleep. The roof terrace is great if you have both apartments as it's a great social area.

Cons: The only downside was not realising we had booked two apartments within a single complex. The hosts contacted us immediately to explain why it had been advertised as a single apartment and it wasn't a problem at all I

Brilliant!!!!

Pros: Great location, right across from beach and walk away from restaurants. Bus stop directly outside to take you to all tourist attractions.

Great location for a summer weekend with friends

Pros: The location is perfect close to the beach and with a great sea view on the rooftop. There are two bathrooms per flat (for 6 people) which is useful and the flats are well equiped and clean. It was very easy to get the keys

Cons: It just lacks some shutters or curtains in the rooms on the street side

Too short, but a wonderful place.

Pros: Javier was wonderful to deal with. No problems checking in. And the location was wonderful. Across the street was not only the Mediterranean Sea, but also regular transit bus stops, and a hop on hop off bus stop. Just a short block away was some of the most amazing restaurants in Valencia. The apartment was huge, with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. And quiet, Just an amazing place to stay, as its location to local transit makes everything in the city easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Was a full kitchen that we barely used, but didn't have dish soap so we could clean up after ourselves. We happily bought some for the next people to have,

Pas un appartement grand luxe mais très bien quand même et très lumineux

Pros: La grandeur de l'appartement. Sa luminosité et sa vue sur mer. Les deux salles de bain et les deux WC. Son emplacement.

Cons: Vétusté de certaines fenêtres (l'eau inondait la cuisine et l'une des chambres lors de la tempête). Aucun accès à la terrasse (appartement au 1er étage) alors que l'annonce laissait supposer le contraire.

Buena ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la playa y al puerto donde la zona de marcha. Dos baños completos que siempre se agradece cuando vas en grupo amplio. La azotea es un lujo.

Cons: Típico apartamento que le han dado un lavado de cara, con poca inversión de dinero. Habitaciones sin armarios, con un simple burro y cuatro perchas.

Práctico para una estancia larga

Pros: La cercanía de la playa y la amplitud del apartamento.

Cons: No tiene aire acondicionado! Algún mantenimiento necesita en los baños.
