Brilliant location, lovely apartment, great host.

Pros: Incredibly comfortable and clean and in the best location in Valencia, with a fantastic roof terrace with great views. Juanvi is a really kid and helpful host. The apartment has everything you need and is a lovely place to be.

Pros: The apartment is on the best location in Valencia. Next to the beach and restaurants, bus stations, magazines. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Juanvi is the best host I have ever met! He is super friendly and helpful. At the check out he brings to our little daughter a good bye gift! He was so nice with us! Thank you Juanvi for all!!!

Cons: The apartment wasn’t clean enough, the bedsheets was overused, the plates and kitchen appliances were dirty. It is a sofa bed in the living room but we can’t use it because it was dirty.

Perfect getaway for the weekend!

Pros: The host was great. He met us at the flat when we arrived, kept a free parking space for us. The flat is clean and perfect for 2 people and the view is stunning.

Cons: The neighbours were really noisy but I guess, that just the bad luck. That's it. We had an amazing time.

Pros: The location and the beach view from the apartment’s balcony/garden are beautiful, especially on sunrise! Apartment’s kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking (big fridge, kitchen stove, microwave, toaster, pans…). The host is very kind, speaks good English, and even offered to come give us the key for check in earlier, and some advices for nearby places. Getting to the historical center is very easy, either directly with public transport or even better by bike.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Pros: We warned the host in advance that we would arrive earlier (at 12:00) than the check-in time (3:00 p.m.). The owner was waiting for us at 12 o'clock. Even though the property was finishing cleaning, we were able to leave our belongings there and were given the keys to the property. Within an hour we were fully settled. Getting from the airport to the accommodation is very convenient. At the airport, we boarded the subway (5), drove to the final stop. Right there, we transferred to the underground metro (8), traveled 3 stops to the final one. Then 5 minutes on foot - and we are near the apartment. The room offers a luxurious view of the sea. The terrace is simply unsurpassed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking breakfast or dinner. The refrigerator is roomy enough. A supermarket is 15 minutes on foot, but restaurants are 3 minutes away.

Pros: The roof top terrace overlooking the beach was beautiful. Location fantastic and despite being above shops and restaurants was quiet. Our host, Juanvi was very friendly and helpful with flexible check in and lots of advice. The beach towels and chairs provided were useful. Thank you Juanvi.

Great location if you like to be beachfront with easy access to the city.

Pros: Frontline beach, easy public transport access to the city (bus & metro), on the main restaurant strip, promenade & harbour area. Clever use of space, tastefully decorated, the terrace has shade & sun loungers. Very comfortable bed. Juanvi was v friendly & helpful & he met us on arrival at 9:30pm. He was available throughout had we needed him.

Cons: As is typical with apartment living, it was possible to hear movement & conversations in the complex & on the street below. However most of the restaurants closed around midnight.

Pros: Really nice and helpful host. Apartament has convenient terrace with sea view. Beach is basically next to the building. Really good place.
