Bet Apartments - Sunrise Beach Apartments

We enjoyed the stay in Sunrise Beach Apartments, and visiting all great places in Valencia!

Cons: Some guests were noisy one night, when they were coming back from the party, on Friday night.

Pros: Location was great with beach a stone's throw away with cafes and bars for every taste and budget.

Pros: Great location, big and clean apartment; though we didn't ever meet the hosts, support via WhatsApp was quick, helpful and proactive

Cons: Noisy neighbours and quite poor soundproofing in general [garbage truck (I believe) comes daily at 08:00am ;)], an instruction or some hints on how to heat up the apartment might be handy as not everyone may be familiar with centralised air heating/cooling systems (we stayed in winter and understood that heating is actually available only on the 3d day I think), salt/sugar in the kitchen would have been a plus

Pros: Great host, very helpful, the coffee machine was broken and they changed that while we were in the city within few hours. Very clean, enough towels, basic necessities as liquid soap, enough toilet paper, kitchen stuffs - detergent, capsule for 1 washing machine round, towels. Balcony with drying rack. Elevator and great terrace with sea view - shared with other appartments. Well working wifi (2 options).

Cons: Smell from the shower sink. If filled with water it was better. Quite noise of metal stairs in the house, noise from disco at the beach all night long and noise of neighbours, you could hear all they did through the night. Entrance is back the house, at the picture there is the building from the beach point of view. Terrace is the whole roof with no equipment. Table, chairs or sun beds would be great. That is why I am not giving 10. But cond’s were not surpassing pros of the appartment features.

Pros: Lovely location....beautiful beach and good location

Pros: Location was great for someone who wants to go to the beach. Lots of restaurants and other facilities around. The agency was very helpful and checked if we need anything, responded to us quickly and gave us what we needed. Transport to city centre was in walking distance.

Pros: The location is the biggest advantage of this apartment. Bus stops are nearby (e.g., bus 95, which takes you to the Oceanarium, the entire City of Arts and Sciences complex, and Biopark), as well as a Metro stop, which takes you directly to the airport. The beach is also very close. The second biggest advantage is communication with the owner. It's smooth and efficient. All contacts are very helpful and kind.

Cons: The location also has its drawbacks. This place is bustling 24/7, with various clubs and late-night restaurants nearby. If you want to enjoy this kind of life and come to party, this is the place for you. If you want a break from the noise, this isn't the best location. There's a lot of noise, both from the street and from the apartments next door. Although the owners try their best to ensure comfort, it's impossible to prevent everything; the place is simply noisy.

Pros: Instrucciones claras para ingresar al apartamento y se agradece el kit de limpieza y de desayuno. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo.

Pros: Apartament przy samym morzu, w pobliżu dużo fajnych knajpek. Dogodny dojazd do centrum/atrakcji/dworca. Obsługa apartamentu na medal, bardzo dobry kontakt i można czuć się zaopiekowanym.
