Très bon séjour dans un appartement lumineux et très bien situé face à la plage.

Pros: La situation de l'appartement face à la mer et la longue promenade. La vue. Pas de voirie entre l'appartement et la mer, donc pas de voitures. Le soleil dans l'appartement le matin. La terrasse face à la mer. Le calme (sauf le weekend). L'espace dans l'appartement. La réactivité du hôte. Les problèmes étaient vite résolus.

Cons: 43 marches pour accéder à l'appartement... Quelques petits manquements d'équipement pour cuisiner/manger.

Muuuy recomendable

Pros: Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza y ubicación. Es un apartamento maravilloso. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons: Había un fuerte olor a desagüe que resultaba muy poco agradable. Se lo dijimos al dueño y se comprometió a solucionarlo. Si llevas mucho equipaje o van personas mayores, hay que tener en cuenta que se tienen que subir unos 20 escalones.

Great location and walkable to many places and neighborhoods. Waking up to the ocean each day was magnificent!

Pros: The terrace facing the sea was really nice but could use a refresh on the cushions for the patio seating. It was very convenient having a washer.

Cons: There seemed to be a bad smell in the kitchen at times, a sewer smell. It would have helped if the vent over the kitchen burners was working.

Czysto komfortowo idealne miejsce do plażowania

Pros: Lokalizacja . Piękny widok , czystość. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons: Brak worków na śmieci. Mało wygodny zestaw na tarasie. Brak drugiej kanapy albo fotela

Pros: All about the apartment is excellent, beach front large terrace with amazing sunrise moments and all day beach view. I must return once a day.

Cons: It is not a dislike, it is just a note. The door of the building is with the same common entrance with hauls restaurant.

Pros: Appartement en face de la plage. Très propre, bien équipé et très confortable Serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasol Petites attentions à l'arrivée : bouteille de vin, bouteille d'eau

Cons: Pas de places de parking gratuites car des individus placent les voitures et font payer... Nous avons rajouté un abonnement de 7 jours dans un parking souterrain soit 115€ Pas de wifi le matin du départ ???

Pros: Der Balkon und die Aussicht war top. Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Cons: Wir waren zu dritt und eine Person musste auf der couch schlafen. Die couch war OK. Allerdings in der Nacht war der Kanalgeruch von der Küche sehr streng. War trotzdem sehr schön. Wäre das Geruch in der Nacht nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.

Pros: Prime location with great views and access to the beach. There are several steps up to the unit but worth the climb. Also excellent restaurants and walking boulevard outside the apartment and easy to get into Valencia city center. Wish we could have stayed longer!
