Great value for money

Pros: Great location with a very nice view. Smooth communication with the host. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons: Probably the worst soundproofing ever, luckily the neighbours were alright. Also the sink was making some funny noises, might clog soon. Having a cutting board would have been nice.

Great catch, totally recommend!

Pros: Close to the beach and restaurants, we had a huge terrace, we had breakfasts with a sea view every morning. It was fantastic. The apartment was clean and nice, very convenient, heating worked just fine. I’d return there next time in Valencia.

Pros: We were generally happy with the apartment - very clean, pretty and comfortable (electric sockets next to the bed, nice lighting, functional shower, well equipped kitchen, etc.). The two things we appreciated most of all were the excellent air-conditioning (easily adjustable and not blowing in your face) and the fact the there was a code instead of keys - very practical when one wants to go to the beach. Some good restaurants just round the corner, but check the reviews before going as not all are good. The external insulation was good.

Cons: The worst was the internal insulation - we were lucky to have quiet neighbours, but when they simply walked we had the feeling they were walking right by our bed. The location is perfect when you want to go to the beach, but count at least 40 minutes to go downtown and oftentimes you will have to change buses/trams. The nearest supermarket is over 10 minutes away by foot. The neighbourhood in general is not the most charming I have seen. We would have appreciated some basic stuff in the kitchen like salt, sugar, etc. Had to buy paper towels as there was no kitchen towel. There is a shared washing machine, but no detergent is provided so quite useless.

Pros: Excellent studio for 2 people. Location is excellent, right on the beach, but also lots of quick trams and buses into town. The area has a great feel to it, little market stalls nearby and cool arty restaurants and bars. The apartment access is via PIN codes which is excellent for going to the beach as you can leave everything behind!

Cons: Nothing!
