Fab apartment, great location

Pros: Fab facilities at the apartment. Great location. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Bed was a bit too firm, but that's just a personal thing

Pros: It was close to the beach which was nice and had free street parking. It was modern and clean.

Cons: It was not that close to the city centre which is the price you pay for the beach. It lacked pillows, extra blankets for the extra bed and some essential utensils. Despite all that it was a nice place with a responsive host.

Pros: Very clean and convenient! Owner is very nice and always replies with all details. I would recommend this apartment

Cons: Sometimes noisy because of neighbors, but Owner provided ear plugs!

Pros: Ubicación excelente. Muy nuevo y cuidando muy bien todos los detalles y limpieza. Ademas, se encuentra sitio de aparcamiento fácilmente por los alrededores. Fuimos con una mascota y no tuve que pagar ningún suplemento, lo cual se agradece. Si volvemos a esa zona, repetiremos.

Pros: Un piso increíble para una pareja es suficiente. Sencillo y elegante. En primera linea solo que las vistas dan a la parte de atrás.Con el dueño no nos hemos visto pero estuvo atento a todo desde el primer momento. Gracias Juan!

Cons: El colchón era duro para mí gusto. Y cómo sugerencia poner la tele encima de un mueble más alto.

Pros: Clean, decent-sized apartment with plenty of free parking. And they were so kind to give us a free bottle of wine for our anniversary!

Cons: Hate the virtual keys. And some minor issues with logistics (wrong Wifi code in the beginning, and then I asked if they had regular keys and they sent a code for a lockbox downstairs and that code didn't work).

Pros: Die Lage ist super .Zimmer sehr sauber .Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Leider sehr laut .Wir waren Richtung Park. Morgens ab 7 Uhr kamen die LKW zur Anlieferung für die Gastronomie. Leider war auch noch Oktoberfest. Ca.200 Meter entfernt.....ging am Wochenende bis 3 Uhr Morgens......volle Lautstärke.

Location and presentation perfection.

Pros: Location of the unit was fantastic and there was a fair amount of free parking outside. The unit was stocked well to enable basic cooking. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was a beautiful welcoming touch. Dishwasher and a great washing machine with drying rack. There were shower accessories like toothbrush kits etc.. Another great touch.. Also for the beach I noticed a couple of chairs and an umbrella. Overall a really nice unit.

Cons: The bed we found a little too hard for us and there was no blanket in the unit so with the air on ( even higher temps ) we found it very cold at night. The ultra safe security system has to be operated remotely on your phone so no SIm or power I don't know what happens It was cumbersome also to find the link and we couldn't get the manual system to work..Just a little hard to operate but once you had it sorted it was good.
