A nice stay for a family vacation

Pros: Close to the beach and metro. The owner gave us a list of reccomendation for restaurants which was helpful. It was a nice stay for 4 nights.

Cons: A better cleaning, especially on the floor, would be good.

Pros: Clean, great facilities, great location. Miguel very friendly and gives lots of great information on local restaurants.

Cons: If you hire a car, you can't park directly outside the apartment, as it's always full of parked cars, but there's a free car park 5 minutes around the corner.

Adecuado para unos días en Valencia

Pros: La ubicación estaba cerca de la playa y de puntos de interés. El apartamento es justo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Valencia. Miguel fue muy agradable, nos dio varias recomendaciones y fue muy atento.

Cons: El sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

Pros: Experiencia excelente anfitrión muy amable y atento al 100% el apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para que tu estancia sea placentera tiene hasta sillas de playa y sombrillas la ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa el otro año sin duda volveré el único problema fue no haberme quedado más tiempo lo recomienda un venezolano disfrutando de este hermoso país......

Siamo stati benissimo, host Miguel persona squisita.

Pros: Posizione ottima per mare raggiungibile a piedi in 8 min e per muoversi in città con fermata della metro e noleggio bici a 5 min a piedi.

Cons: Nulla c‘é tutto, per brevi soggiorni in 4 é pefetto.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevolissimo

Pros: Nonostante la casa sia piccola è ben fornita di tutto. La posizione per chi preferisce stare la mare e in una zona tranquilla è la casa ideale. i letti sono comodi. Il proprietario della casa è molto gentile e disponibilissimo.

Cons: il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo
