Pros: Great location, small walk to the beach, spacious and very clean! Definitely would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is clean, renovated and nicely decorated. An additional advanatage is proximity to the beach and good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access from the street which makes it quite noisy inside. Additionally a lot of noise from the neighbours on the first floor- poor sound isolation means everything can be clearly heard. Another minus for the balcony which faces a wall.

Pros: Close to the beach and to a public transport. A clean and cozy apartment. Suitable for family with 2 children. The hosts are very friendly.

Pros: We stayed at the smaller apartment on the groud floor. It was great, everything new and so clean. You have everything you need in the kizchen to prepare brakfast. It is located 5min walk to the beach. We rented bikes and cycling around Valencia and the beach. You need let say 20min to get to the city with bike, but there is also public transfer a minute away. We had a great stay, thank you 😊

Pros: The place was great, even better than in the pictures, very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. It was also very clean. It is located near the beach and there are tram and bus stations super close so it's very convenient. Our hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. I would absoultely reccomend it!

Nice place to stay near to the beach

Pros: The place were just like the pictures, everything was super clean and it had all the necessary amenities. Begoña was very kind and recommended us restaurants to visit and supermarkets near the apartment, even help us to call a taxi to the way back to the airport.

Pros: The is very nice, newish decorated and in a good and quiet location not far from the beach. The host was very friendly, although she does not speak English, we had no problem communicating 😃 She advised us about nenearby restaurants, shops, etc., so we had everything what we needed.

Pros: We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this accommodation. Our host, Begona, was incredibly helpful and a wonderful host, always available to assist us at any hour. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located a bit further from the center, the proximity to the beach was a great bonus, and we were aware of the location beforehand. Highly recommended!

Pros: Close to beach and transport to city centre. Host lives nearby and sent lots of info for things to see and do. Very clean and spacious apartment and a patio area. Would come back to this apartment.
