An ideal place for a short family holiday:)

Pros: The location was ideal for a short beach holiday, the beach was less than 10 minutes walking distance away, plenty of restaurants and shops in near walking distance, public transport (busses and tram) literally across the street. The communication was perfect, even before our arrival and the staff was very helpful and responded very quickly (even with minor issues). Overall, a great place to stay in a beautiful city:)

Cons: Nothing bad to say, really.

Cerca del mar , desconecta y a disfrutar

Pros: El piso es sencillo, limpio, muy iluminado, y lo mejor a 3 calles de la playa , muy majo el asesor que nos atendió.

Cons: Las escaleras , un segundo sin ascensor. La fachada y tuvimos un problema con la luz del piso.

Pros: La casa es espaciosa, está muy cerca de la playa, es muy cómoda y bien comunicada con el centro de Valencia por tranvía y bus. El trato ha sido muy bueno

Pros: El apartamento era como se anuncia en las fotos, además tienen bastantes almohadas, mantas, etc, que se agradece.

Cons: El colchón de la cama de matrimonio está para cambiarlo. Muy hundido por zonas. Los sofás también están regular.

Departamento cercano a la playa

Pros: muy cercano a la playa y el paseo marítimo. El barrio de atrás es algo raro, no recomendaría pasear por la noche por allí. Buena conexión de trenes y buses al centro

Cons: El aire de una habitación no funcionaba, debíamos dejar las puertas abiertas para que el aire del living ingrese a las demás habitaciones.

Wunderschönes Urlaub in Valencia !

Pros: Apartment ist sehr schön, komfortabel und bittet alles . Auf uns hat der Vermieter gewartet, Tipp gegeben was wir anschauen können in Valencia, und auch wie kommen wir dort hin. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage zum wunderschönen Strand Malva Rosa ist perfekt. Bim Linie 4 ist direkt vor dem Apartment, die zum Altstadt fährt. Es sind auch viele Lokale wo man gut frühstücken kann. Supermärkte sind auch in 5 min erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
