Pros: Great neighborhood, close to the Beach and to good restaurants.Verry cosy

Cons: The check in process. Not friendly , they require too much . It would be nicer if you give the option if doing the check in at the office where you pick up the keys

Pros: Location of apartment was great - beach and in front public transport Ac, kitchen equipment was useful and working Spacious rooms, enough space for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 little children) Great value for money.

Cons: Thin walls, however neighbors were very quiet, but i believe my kids not..

Pros: very spacious, well equipped flat. Located close to the seaside and nice local market :)

Cons: small elevator, but that’s the building characteristic. Picking up the keys in the city center might be challenging

Departamento cerca de la playa y de la UPV

Pros: Muy cerca de la playa y bastante cerca de la UPV. Muy buenos algunos de los restaurantes cercanos al departamento. A pocos metros de la parada del tram.

Cons: Para recoger las llaves tuve que ir primero al centro (agencia) y luego desde el centro al departamento (todo en taxi). El departamento está cerca de la playa, pero por la noche la zona se siente un poco desierta.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo e fornito di tutto. La zona comoda perchè a 200 metri dal mare, da supermercati e negozi di generi alimentari.

Cons: Il problema maggiore a cui basterebbe poco porre rimedio è il ritiro delle chiavi. Tra il luogo dove si ritirano le chiavi all'appartamento abbiamo dovuto fare quasi 30 minuti di taxi. Con i sistemi tecnologi moderni ma anche con la buona volontà del gestore di farsi trovare all'appartamento il problema sarebbe risolto, ed è un problema parecchio fastidioso. Non ho trovato neanche particolare cortesia dal gestore. Peccato perchè l'appartamento è bello.
