Excellent place for the sea breeze🌊 and enjoying the sun ☀️

Pros: Perfect location to the beach, nice residential area

Pros: Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, communicative place. There is everything in the kitchen for basic needs: salt, sugar, olive oil, detergents, vero, paper... Welcome coffee, tea, water, cava. It was quiet. There is a tram and a bus to the center nearby. You can park on the street for free. There is air conditioning, iron, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher.

Cons: There was some kind of code for entering the block, which we did not manage to enter in order to enter. It is good that a woman who lives there appeared and opened it for us. More explanation is needed about this part about entering the building itself. Otherwise, for the apartment there was a code for the phone that opened the door. Everything was fine there. We also had keys left to use during our stay. The water in the boiler is only enough for one person and the next one has to wait. The bed in the small bedroom is narrower than a normal double bedroom.

Cons: Building from the outside and the shared entrance hall - not as nice as the apartment itself. A few minor maintenance issues (wobbly chair and shower hook) which owner has acknowledged amd should be mended for future users. Beds slightly hard, but that is a preference thing to be fair.

Well equipped apartment in a good location

Pros: The online-key solution is very handy when arriving late or when carrying a key is not comfortable. The kitchenette is very useful for preparing breakfast or dinner, with microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge (which contained a complementary champagne bottle). Also pleasant surprise: some cooking ingredients were available (salt, pepper, rice, some pasta, cooking oil, etc). The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location is close to ideal - 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, bus stops and tram station, at a couple of blocks distance from bakeries and supermarkets. Playgrounds are also close by. Large TV with some cable channels and online streaming services. Good internet speed and proper Wi-Fi coverage.

Cons: During weekdays the street can be a bit noisy in the morning and evenings. At night one can hear the pipes from the upper floors. The sofa (serving as an extra bed for a third or fourth person) is less comfortable than the one in the bedroom. The apartment could have used a third chair.

Pros: How cosy was the apartment , have everything you need in a kitchen, very comfortable beds, amazing location, very innovative tech system for open and close the door, in a very beautiful area

A lovely appartment in a beautiful city.

Pros: This was our fourth time in Valencia, the location was perfect, close to beach & public transport if you wanted to into city centre. Nearby to lovely restaurants. Apartment had everything we required, clean & comfortable. Check in was simple, and access to building using app was good idea, no worrying about keys!

Reinapart Valencia stay

Pros: This apartment is spacious, very clean, and is an excellent location for the beach and has good public transport links to all parts of Valencia city. There are local tapas bars and restaurants close by.

Pros: Great location for the beach, 10 min walk. Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Check in very easy and staff are very good and helpful. Lovely restaurants along the beach (towards the port) or 15 min taxi ride into Valencia city. We used freenow app which was very good.

Cons: More pillows for 2nd bedroom and it was very difficult to close the double doors in that room also.
