Pros: Everything was good. It’s a little bit far from the attraction points but once you learn how to use the train you will have no problem. Mario from the reception would help you for everything. Many thanks to him, he is a great guy. And the pizza everyone talking about in the comments was delicious, definitely give it a try…

Cons: Breakfast is a little light and mostly sweets but it gets the job done.

Creative decor and friendly staff. Comfy bedroom and spacious toilet

Pros: Clean facilities and location was alright. It’s not central but easy to access. Breakfast had good variety. Decor of the hotel was so creative, and staff was friendly and helpful. There’s private parking and there’s an outdoor area if anyone would like to eat outside.

Pros: It was very clean with really nice breakfast. Staff also very pleasant.

Cons: It was very dark in the rooms with big air conditioners in front of the window. It was impossible to be in a room without air conditioning. Our bed was in a very bad condition, was very creaky and the mattress was also in bad condition.

Pros: - most welcoming hotel staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning) - delicious coffee, freshly made by the breakfast staff - free parking on streets all around the hotel - free city-map, tourist brochures available in the lobby area - 2 elevators, building has 5 floors - overall good location of the hotel in a quiet&nice neighbourhood (close to transportation - bus and train), building and rooms are clean&maintained

Pros: Very warm welcome. Receptionist was a great advertisement for the hotel. Also breakfast was really good value

Cons: It was further out of the city than I realised. Although the town of benetusser is actually quite pleasant

Pros: The stuff was super helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very tasty.

Cons: At first, we received a room with minimal sunlight and a window facing a different room from the inside of the building. Luckily, after asking the very hospitable person at the reception desk, we've received a sunny room with a 'regular' window view.
