Great stay would come back

Pros: Good location, breakfast is really good, great selection of local foods.

Cons: I know it’s early March but the pool was closed.

Pros: Lovely rooms and all the staff were very helpful. It was my wifes birthday and they gifted her a cake and a present which was really kind.

Really good hotel for its money.

Pros: - Friendly staff. - Very clean room. - Good view (we were on the 6th floor). - Quite spacious wardrobe and a small safe in it. - There was an electric kettle and some tea bags. - Really good breakfast (a lot of options to choose from). - Nice location (next to the Turia Garden and close to the City of Arts and Sciences).

Cons: Drawbacks: - Small fridge full of soft drinks and snacks, so there were no place for our food. - Elevators worked strange (sometimes we had to push the button several times to call one). And on the upper floors, you never know where the lift is and how long to wait - it doesn't show the floor it's located. - We had a parking spot reserved (and paid for it) although we had no car (but maybe I just didn't noticed it while booking).

Pros: Everything. The room, the placement, the breakfast, the staff. Highly recommended place from my side, we'd love to revisit at someday.

Cons: Perhabs it would be more nice if we can chat on message before our arrival. But this is really not important mistake.

Well located hotel

Pros: The location is superb. Close to everything we wanted to visit. The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is really good and has a children's playground to entertain the kids.

Cons: The staff could be less cold. They are nice, but they don't offer support to us. In other words, you are just another customer for them. A simple question like How was your trip? Or, how was your stay with us? would make the difference. People are forgetting the human touch these days.
