Pros: Very good daily cleaning, good bus connection to the city center and the beach, excellent breakfast, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Cons: Minor things like no toilet brush in the room or fully booked restaurant sometimes.

A great hotel and would stay again

Pros: A great hotel, helpful staff and a great location within walking distance of the science museum, the underground car park was a real bonus, easy to access local transport to get around

A Comforting Stay

Pros: We stayed here after a tough day, and the room truly exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and very comfortable - it was an unexpected comfort that really helped us feel at ease. The breakfast was delicious, and dinner service was good with a lovely dining atmosphere. The location is also a big plus: within walking distance to the Oceanographic and various shops, pharmacies and laundromats nearby—very convenient for travelers. The underground parking felt secure and was much appreciated.

Cons: The only downside was the check-in experience. The staff member assisting us seemed distracted. When I explained that our passports had been stolen, she seemed to show no sympathy and simply asked for a photo instead. A little more warmth and understanding would have made a big difference after such a difficult day.
