Pros: The staff are extremely professional and truly care about the voice of the customer. During my stay, I ordered dinner through room service. On this particular occasion, the food was not well prepared. However, I want to emphasize that this was an exceptional situation, as I have used room service before and have always been satisfied. When I raised my concern, the team responded promptly and handled the situation with great professionalism. They took the necessary actions and genuinely made an effort to ensure I was happy and comfortable. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a real difference and leaves you feeling valued as a guest.

Perfect!

Pros: Hotel is located im 5min walk reach from Science museum. It was well connected to the other parts of the city and airport with several bus lines. Hotel is big, clean, rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was amazing with so many different options. The stuff was very nice and helpful! I would recommend to everyone! 10/10

It was a pleasant stay!

Pros: I had a room at the back of the hotel and it was quite quiet. I had a room next to the elevator, on the 2nd floor, but there was no noise from the elevator or from the breakfast which is on the 1st floor. The breakfast has the same products every morning, but they are tasty and always refilled. The receptionists are smiling and helpful. Bus 19 and 99 stop right outside the hotel. Las Arenas beach is a 25-minute walk away. And you can take bus 99 to Malvarosa beach. The same goes for the BioParc zoo. The City of Sciences is a 10-minute walk away. It was a pleasant stay!

Good bar, well trained friendly personnel, good isolation in the rooms, capacity is well calculated (elevators available, big lobby for business meetings that can acvomodate several without disturbing each other), great terrace, bathtub

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety to start the day right. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, which made things hassle-free, especially for someone traveling by car. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, handled professionally by the staff. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel experience.

Cons: it is a bit far from the city center, so getting to major attractions or restaurants may require a short drive or use of public transport.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful.

Cons: I prefer the convenience and charm of some other neighborhoods in Valencia like El Carmen or Ruzafa but this location was better than expected. A few restaurant options within a few blocks and a short bike ride to the beaches and a short walk to the beautiful Arts and Science area.
