Pros: The apartment was wonderful — we have absolutely no complaints. It was clean, spacious, and bright! Within walking distance of metro and bus stops — an excellent location. The host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. I would definitely book the same place again on my next visit to Valencia!

A great stay in a great apt!

Pros: the apts are spotless, the bed is very comfy, its my first time using this apt. I would certainly recommend these apts!

Cons: We were a little confused when we arrived as most buildings on the street don't clearly display building numbers. A nice clear, recent photo of the front door of the apartment block would help future travellers. When we arrived ( after the agreed check in time ) our apartment door was wide open and there were belongings inside. Luckily we were able to able to resolve this issue very quickly via Whatsapp with the help of the host and the cleaner on site who was very pleasant and it turned out to be a very small misunderstanding.

Pros: Fantastic price with discount, good location for access to the beach and port, only a 20-minute bus from central areas such as El Carmen. Had my room cleaned every day with new sheets etc. Shower was great, bed was comfy, air con was also good, no noise from the street impacted me. Would definitely stay again!

Nice and comfortable

Pros: We stayed in August 2025. This is a nicely and conveniently located property - there are a few nice cafes nearby, consum supermarket is just round the corner, the beach is within walking distance, and there is a good transport connection if you want to go to the old city centre. The property does not have a reception, they provide you with a code to enter. It is also possible to leave the luggage in the storage room which was very convenient on the last day.

Great place in Valencia

Pros: The hotel is well located. A few minutes walking distance from many beaches and Valencia night life. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean and cozy. Communication with the host was easy. Will definitely come back.

Cons: Parking is a bit hard because the room is located in the downtown area. I would have been nice to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom to put our soaps 🧼 and all that.

Pros: Area was very near beach and good selection of restaurants in the area
