Pros: Hotel is amazing. Located closed to the marina and few minutes walk from bus and metro station that goes in all directions. 10-15 min to city center. Staff is great, ready to help and very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and great outdoor bar next to the pool where you can enjoy in peace.

Lovely hotel and very comfortable and friendly.

Pros: Lovely property. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable.

Cons: Needed a few more places to hang things especially coats. Not in the best area but I suppose that can’t be helped.

Pros: Beautiful garden, nice spacious modern rooms and comfortable bed. Bus stop to center nearby and also walking distance from the Hemisfèric.

Cons: First night there was an issue (due to recent floodings) which resulted in a bad odour in the room. Staff was very helpful and did everything they could to remove the bad smell. Next day we were immediately booked into another room. Thanks again for the quick reaction and problem solving.

Not your typical hotel stay

Pros: The hotel is stunning – beautifully designed and well maintained. The food was great and reasonably priced and opposite the entrance to the hotel is a nice little tapas restaurant. Our room was cleaned daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent too, with shops and the metro close by, though we chose to walk most places as it was a lovely way to explore the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!
