Pros: A really spacious studio with a big window, everything needed for a pleasant stay. A super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The bathroom had mouldiness in the corners of the shower. No shower curtain, which made me buy one.

Pros: Perfect location! Walking distance from the beach and the subway. The apartment is comfortable, the staff is nice.

Pros: The location is great - although it's not in the old town area, you can quickly reach the main tourist attractions using public transport. The place has good infrastructure, with a kitchen in the room (which I didn't use) and good common areas. Being a large place, the staff is well prepared to help when needed.

Cons: It's a huge place, with lots of young people living or staying there, so sometimes I'd wake up in the middle of the night because of them talking loudly outside. The main entrance isn't very visible, so I had to walk around the block to find it.

Absolutely loved it

Pros: I fully enjoyed my stay. The room is spacious and has everything you need - TV, comfy bed, table, wardrobe, and chairs. It also has a kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, and a small fridge, so you can even cook there and store food if you need. There is even a dishwasher in the kitchen. All the cutlery and dishes were also at hand. And what was really thoughtful of them was to put a small dishwashing kit with a sponge and dishwashing liquid - I appreciated this gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and there is noise isolation as well, which is very on point. The shower was big enough and had good hot water pressure.

Cons: Would be nice to have a kettle and a hair dryer in the room. In order to get the hair dryer, you need to go downstairs to reception and register your request through the terminal. It takes your photo and notifies you that you have only an hour to bring the hair dryer back. This whole procedure is not comfy and creates extra fuss. Other than that - everything was just great. I will be happy to come back once. Thank you guys for a lovely stay.

Pros: The location was fantastic — just a few steps from the metro, close to a supermarket, and not far from the beach. For the price, you really get a lot of value. The place was beautiful, modern, and felt brand new. I stayed on the 6th floor and enjoyed a lovely city view right from my window. Definitely a great choice if you want convenience and comfort without breaking the bank!

Pros: Thank you to the great staff. Me and my lad really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and facilities were spot on. The city is beautiful, and these apartments are a ideal spot to crash after a busy day.

Pros: Location was good, close to metro station and walking distance to the beach. The room was very comfortable and I slept wery well. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, as well as the other guests.

Pros: Nice room, clean, great to have access to own kitchen area and bathroom. Very close to Maratim metro station which was convenient when travelling from the airport.

Perfect short term stay for a single traveller or a couple. I would go back again.

Pros: Very good location in terms of transport to the airport (few mins walk from the metro stop) also walking distance from the beach. The property is a gated development seemed like a student accommodation (I might be wrong here) but was quiet. The studio had a kitchenette with oven, microwave etc. everything looked brand new and clean. Only the bathroom wasnt the most functional (shower is very small and cannot be closed, thus water splashes everywhere), but this is my only concern. Staff was very helpful and smiley. I would certainly recommend this place.
