An oasis in the central city area
Pros: The whole composition of the building is of a villa, with a green garden court in the centre, surrounded by buildings with hotel rooms as a periphery. The adjacent garage rises the quality of the stay for those approaching by cars. Rooms are well furnished and spacy. Those at the ground floor have as external extensions big patio type of courts where guests can make their uninterrupted morning workouts... Other rooms at the second floor looks into an internal green court, where it is a pleasure to escape from the busy city centre district around.
Cons: Cannot squeeze of myself anything negative...

Pros: Great location, perfectly situated between the beach and the city centre. The hotel felt new and was exceptionally clean throughout. The outdoor space was beautiful and a lovely place to relax.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. Although it was February and we didn’t expect to need it, the room was quite warm and became uncomfortable. That said, the staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. They offered us a refund or the option to move elsewhere, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel. We previously stayed during the summer and had no issues with the air conditioning at all. This seemed to be a seasonal oversight rather than a general problem, as it was winter and the aircon likely wasn’t expected to be in use.

Amazing hotel with awesome staff!
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. The location was perfect to reach the city centre, the science museum, and the beach with public transport. We found also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Cons: I would have liked to find more vegan options for breakfast, but I was happy they could provide some soy milk for my coffee.

Perfect location , nice hotel
Pros: Lovely rooms and very clean hotel , location was good and it was also quite at night
Cons: Didn’t seem to be any food options on in the evening when we stayed in December, although breakfast was excellent

Pros: Friendly staff. We had a problem with an awful smell from the bathroom and they resolved it quite quickly.
Cons: We had a twin room and was given a queen room which is way too small for 2 adults

Good new budget hotel but small rooms and thin walls
Pros: Love the building- cafe/bar on site. You can sit outside. It has a nice feel to it. Staff are very friendly. Prices are good.
Cons: I have stayed here twice and every time my room is tiny. Barely any room for luggage. Walls are sooo thin, you hear the cleaners from early morning, their cleaning trolley sounds like elephants walking over you. You hear other guests using the toilet. Pillows are very basic.

Pros: We liked the hotel — great location, easy to reach the city center by public transport, and at the same time only a 20-minute walk to the sea. We stayed during the off-season, and they were able to check us in early and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was small, but tasty.

I can recommend this accommodation.
Pros: The hotel was nice, well equipped, the staff very friendly and the location was great as well (easy to reach the city center by public transport).
Cons: Maybe the can improve regarding the selection of the breakfast. During 6 days the breakfast didn’t change as much.
