Comfortable apartment in the modern center of Valencia

Pros: Location is really GREAT! Everything according to the description. Owner was so kind and helpful! We will definitely return to this place! It was comfortable for us - couple with 2y old daughter. I should say that parking there is real challenging.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Fabio met us, treated us to champagne and suggested where we could go. The apartment is modern, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need: bathroom accessories, washing machine and dryer, dishes, etc. The location is also very good - there is a large supermarket nearby, many restaurants and attractions. The old town can be reached within a 30-minute walk through the park. We really liked these apartments and the kind hosts! We will definitely come back here!

Pros: We had a great stay in Valencia thanks to our host, Fabio, and his beautiful apartment. We were welcomed with a nice gift and with information about places to visit and see. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Oceanografic and the Rufasa area, as well as close to public transport and restaurants.

Pros: Alloggio meraviglioso. Pulito moderno e vicino alla fermata del bus. Il personale veramente molto molto accogliente in particolare la dolce Aura che nonostante fossimo arrivati la sera del 24 dicembre è venuta ad accoglierci e fornirci tutti i particolari essenziali per la nostra permanenza. Inoltre si è dimostrata premurosa per ogni nostra esigenza. Veramente merita le 5 stelle🌟. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque volesse soggiornare a Valencia

Усе сподобалось, я б обрала ці апартаменти і на наступний візит до Валенсії

Pros: Чудове розташування - поряд район з гарними ресторанами та кафе, парк, до центру можна дістатись теж пішки - буде гарний променад. В квартирі чисто, гарно пахне. Особливо вразили елементи декору - свічки, рослини.

Cons: Можна зробити безконтактний заїзд, щоб не потрібно було чекати і домовлятись про чіткий час заїзду. Хост був неймовірно милий і добрий, але нам довелося чекати біля апартаментів

Tutto perfetto come da aspettative

Pros: È curato nei dettagli, ed è come si vede nelle foto, la proprietaria che ci ha accolto è stata molto cortese e simpaticissima, ci ha inviato su WhatsApp un elenco di cose da fare vedere e dove mangiare, e anche se l'appartamento ha l'accesso diretto dalla strada è silenziosissimo. Noi eravamo in 4 amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo consiglio vivamente questo appartamento anche perché è vicino alla Città della Scienza e all'Eceanografico e con 10 minuti di Taxi si è al centro. Perfetto. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità

Tranquilo y accesible a todo

Pros: Muy diáfano, limpio y moderno, con todas las comodidades. Zona muy tranquila, muy bien comunicada.

Cons: Quizás pondría una cortina más grande para tapar la entrada de luz, ya que queda abierta, y la claridad es bastante. También la cortina de ducha, quizás un poco más larga para evitar salpicar tanto al suelo del baño.

Pros: Aura nos trató de lujo desde la reserva y hasta el último momento estuvo atenta para que no nos faltase de nada. Incluso nos preparó una lista de lugares y cosas para hacer y visitar en la ciudad muy útil!! Millón de gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa ☺️
