Maravilloso Loft junto a Ciudad de Artes y Ciencia

Pros: Location, cleanliness and interior where good. Also really convenient to get and return the keys. Simple and easy in that sense.

Cons: A lot of noise in the nighttime. City noise and also the next apartments. So would recommend taking noise-cancelling eardrops if planning to get good night sleep.

A nice open apartment for a small family

Pros: Nice ground floor loft apartment, with an open and bright feel about it. Large bathroom and generally well equipped apartment.

Cons: Being right on the ground floor, sounds of passers by are clearly audible inside, especially in the nights. But it's generally a quiet neighborhood, so we didn't feel disturbed.

Cosy and cool apartament in the perfect location

Pros: Very nice apartment in a perfect location super close to the City of Arts and Sciences, park and local supermarkets. Nice design, comfortable bed and a good working wifi. Swift check-in and check-out.

Cons: Overall it was very good, I would defenitely chose this flat again. I would only add some wine glasses (as there was only one), and a sticker with the wifi password. It's a bit dark and not intimate as the entrance to the flat is right from the street.

Very nice and comfortable. Perfectly located near the City of Arts & Sciences/ Aquarium.

Pros: Very quaint and clean property, it was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The address given was very nearby (next door in fact) but NOT precise. The property is at street level and not obvious (especially at night) where the black box/ key was. Owner should rectify and correct the address for others. Also, missing was napkins/ paper towels and a tea pot/filter.

Pros: Concepto original de loft en un bajo totalmente independiente y autogestionable.

Cons: Falta una cortina o similar en la entrada para que no te vean los vecinos

Pros: La posizione ed e’ molto carino, forse un po’ troppo alto il prezzo per i servizi ma siamo a Valencia.

Posizione fantastica appartamento curato

Pros: L’appartamento è in una posizione davvero ottimale per visitare sia il centro che tutta la zona di ciudad de les Arts, ma anche vicinissimo alla Roig Arena del basket. É tutto molto recente, minimale ma curato e confortevole. Il piccolo spazio esterno ci ha consentito anche di tenere al sicuro le Biciclette che abbiamo noleggiato per la Vacanza.

Pros: Foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport. Un plus pentru noi a fost ca locatia se afla la parter (am utilizat un scaun cu rotile).

Pros: Excelente. No falta detalle, bonito y limpio, incluso tienen una cestita de juguete para los niños. Igual que en las fotos. Muy buena ubicación para ir andando a todos los lugares de interés y hay bicicletas de alquiler cerca, además el aparcamiento es fácil en la zona.

Cons: Nada.

Pros: Todo! El diseño, la cocina, los muebles, la verdad que precioso. Las camas cómodas. Muy muy espacioso!! Estaba limpio Todo lo necesario en la cocina

Cons: Nosotros estuvimos en el número 4 y la barandilla de la escalera está muy suelta, espero que lo arreglen rápido por si van con niños pequeños. Diría que no hay nada más negativo.
