Pros: Central location in Valencia. Great and personalised service by the property owner Paula who had already completed some grocery shopping for our late arrival.

Pros: Especially the hospitality of the hosts! Great communication and fast. The place is modern, super well equipped and cozy. Also very close to Ciudad de las Ciencias and other central attractions
Cons: It can get noisy. If you are a light sleeper, better have some earbuds with you.

Pros: The loft was full of amenities in the bathroom that came in handy for us girls (body cream, toothpaste, cotton swabs, hairdrier, etc etc). The rest of the house was really confortable and welcoming. The location was great, we had buses for every place we wanted to go and also walked as it wasn’t far from the popular places. Paula was always responding quickly and helpfully.
Cons: We could listen to the apartments upstairs and on the side as the walls are quite thin.

Amazing location and host!
Pros: Paula helped me a lot with everything, from the logistic, to suggestion to where to go and also helped me finding another accomodation when our flight was cancelled and we had to spend an extra night! The location was super central and amazing! Would book again!

Cons: It is very difficult to find a parking space, but if you can't find one, the hosts offer a parking lot nearby as an option.

Pros: Nice apartment, modern, plenty of facilities, very close to the park, Museum of Science, bus stations
Cons: Air Conditioning heating makes the air a bit too dry, probably a humidifier would help.

Pros: Todo, la ubicación perfecta, cerca de la ciudad de las ciencias y del pabellón, dentro del apartamento había de todo, café, aceite, sal, papel de aluminio, pasta de dientes, champú etc… las camas comodisimas y el sofá también

Fajny, klimatyczny apartament, dobry na dłuższy pobyt
Pros: Bardzo klimatyczny, ładny, przestronny apartament. Bardzo dobrze sprawdził się na prawie 2 tygodniowy pobyt. Można się w nim zadomowić. Świetnie wyposażony do codziennego życia, gotowania, prania, miał nawet większość niezbędnej chemii do codziennego użytku. Szybki, stabilny internet. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Na uboczu, choć do centrum czy Russafy spacerem 30-40 minut, 45 minut na plażę. Okolica dość spokojna, w pobliżu wszystko co niezbędne, mniejsze i większe sklepy, komunikacja autobusowa, rowery. 3 min do parku Turia - wielki atut dla lubiących zieleń i spacery. Bardzo blisko również do budynków centrum nauki i sztuki, oceanarium oraz muzeum.
Cons: Apartament jest bardzo ciemny (zimą) przez swoje położenie, zasłonięty wysokimi budynkami z każdej strony, przez większość dnia jest w nim ciemno. Mieszkanie jest na poziomie ulicy, więc przy otwartym oknie bardzo słychać ruch uliczny, choć stosunkowo nieduży - to mała uliczka. Większy hałas mogą generować sąsiedzi, ściany wydają się bardzo cienkie, słychać nawet rozmowy. Zaskoczeniem była informacja w toalecie o zakazie wyrzucania papieru do ubikacji (brak bidetu), pleśń na fugach prysznicowych i zaśmierdziały mop do podłogi pozostawiony wilgotny w szafie.

Otthonos kis lakás park és a látnivalók közelében.
Pros: Közvetlenül az Opera és tudományos múzeumnál található egy kis utcában. A legtöbb nevezetesség, óváros elérhető a csodálatos parkon keresztül sétálva, de a tömegközlekedés is tökéletes. Éttermek, élelmiszerboltok, üzletek sokasága található a szállás közelében, a tengerpart is 15-20 perc busszal. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész, WathsApp-on folyamatosan elérhető. A lakás mindennel felszerelt, mi ételallergiánk miatt sütöttünk, főztünk. Mosógép, tisztaságiszerek is vannak a lakásban, ha csak váltóruhával érkezne valaki. :)
Cons: A tulajdonoson kívül eső pár dolog: hallani a szomszédokat felül és a lakás mellett is, valószínűleg a gyenge szigetelés miatt (zuhanyzás, dobogás). Féltem a földszinti lakástól, de a rácsos előtér teljesen elvette azt az érzést, hogy elmennek a lakásajtó előtt. Viszont természetes fénnyel sötét egy kicsit a lakás, de rengeteg variációjú lámpával Paula megoldotta.
