Ground floor apartment

Pros: Clean room, fridge and kitchen amenities, nespresso coffee machine Great location near City of Arts and Sciences, good supermarket nearby, plenty cafes around and quiet neighbourhood

Cons: Apartment are on the ground floor and trash bin just after your door. It means the noise from the street, machines, and people who drop their trash. If you have a chance to get apartment with balcony — take this, it's 10/10 i suppose. If not — just think about all that stuff above, some people dosent pay attention to this (not me)

Great city break

Pros: Great location for the arts and science region. Close to bus stop also. Studio was clean and modern.

Pros: The apartament was very spacious, clean and brand new. It was light and a terrace was cozy. The hosts reply quickly and professionally. Would stay here again.

Cons: The tv was not connected to wifi and we were not able to connect it, so it was not working. There could be more toilet paper, extra towers, slippers, the broom for the floor.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias y de una parada de autobús que te lleva al centro. Aparcar es gratuito aunque puedes dar alguna vuelta que otra hasta encontrar sitio. El apartamento está perfectamente cuidado, limpio y acorde a la descripción. Lo mejor, dejan perrito gratuitamente.

Pros: Een aantrekkelijk ruim en comfortabel appartement zeker voor 2 personen. Mooie en functionele inrichting. Goed bed fijne douche. De ligging vlak bij het park. Het was even wennen om met de code te openen, maar eenmaal gewend , heel fijn. En ook fijn dat er een terrasje bij hoorde ,zodat je even naar buiten kan. Op het noorden gelegen , was nu te koud, maar in de zomer ideaal lijkt me. Een aanrader.

Cons: Het enige wat tegenviel was het gordijn. Niet alle haakjes zaten eraan. Ging niet goed dicht, rolde niet of stroef in de rail. Dat was zonde van het mooie appartement. Jammer dat er nog niets aan gedaan was. In meerder reviews heb ik dit euvel teruggelezen.

Pros: Muy confortable, tranquilo, fácil acceso al apartamento y bien comunicado.

Cons: Deberían avisar que la TV no tiene ninguna conexión, ha de conectarse a la plataforma que tenga el propio usuario particular.

Perfect appartement. Centrale ligging.

Pros: Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en netjes. Weinig geluid van verkeer. Uitzicht aan de achterkant van het complex.

Skvělé ubytování

Pros: Skvělé ubytování v centru Valencie. Krásný, velký a tichý apartmán. Jeho umístění je v přízemí směrem do dvora, takže žádný hluk z ulice a příjemná teplota i v horkých dnech. Nebylo nutné používat klimatizaci. Vzdálenost přibližně stejná jak na pláže, tak do centra Valencie. Přímo naproti je kavárna a 50 m do nejbližšího obchodu. Zastávka autobusu je taky kousek od apartmánu. Při příští návštěvě Valencie bych určitě využil stejné ubytování.
