Beach Nice Flat

Pros: Lovely apartment, clean, well maintained, very comfortable with really nice sized balcony. Very quiet area with plenty of restaurants and lovely promenade for walks, very close to beautiful beach, 3min walk to good supermarket. Close to Valencia for day trips also – easy access via bus. Fernando was so helpful and went out of his way to support us when we had accident and had to go to hospital. Fernando and his wife came to hospital and insisted on staying there until 1am in morning until we got sorted. We were so grateful to both of them helping us arranging ambulance and assisting in translating in hospital etc. They both went above and beyond what one would expect as a host! Highly recommend stay here!

Pros: El apartamento estaba impecable, tenía de todo y estaba limpio y nuevísimo. Fernando fue muy atento y nos recomendó muchas cosas para que nuestra estancia fuera más cómoda.

Perfecto para unos días tranquilo

Pros: Está a 2 pasos de la playa y en un pueblo muy tranquilo. El piso es amplio, está limpio y tiene una terraza bastante chula.

Cons: Falta ventilación en el dormitorio, echamos en falta mosquiteras para poder tener las ventanas abiertas y un ventilador de techo.

Pros: Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht am richtigen Platz.

Pros: Locatie foarte bine amplasata, aproape de plaja. Apartamentul are o terasa generoasa. Gazda ne-a ajutat foarte mult cu toate informatiile necesare plus o multime de recomandari pentru principalele atractii din zona. Bucataria este foarte bine bine utilata.

Pros: Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich. Ich fühle mich wie zuhause. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Supermärkten, Restaurants und andere Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe. STRAND zu Fuß erreichbar. Fernando ist sehr nett und gibt hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Er versteht auch ein wenig Deutsch. Insgesamt ist eine Kommunikation in vielen Sprachen möglich. Man fühlt sich willkommen und Insgesamt hat man einen sicheren Eindruck von der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ca. 20 Minuten bis nach Valencia City. Die Wohnung ist super für Allergiker geeignet, da keine Teppiche vorhanden sind. Wir haben in Februar auf dem Balkon mit Tshirt gefrühstückt und Sonne getankt. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße. Wir waren gerne hier und würden die Wohnung an alle empfehlen, die Ruhe suchen.
