Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable. Caring welcome package. Great location - half an hour walk into the city center, right by the city park, several supermarkets nearby. Very well-stocked kitchen. Easy and efficient communication and check-in/check-out. Easy to reach from the airport. One of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had so far.

Cons: Turning on the AC produces a smell like stagnant water. Not sure why. Interior room and bathroom have no window, but it’s obvious from the photos, so you know what you get into. Finding the inconspicuous outside door and locking the inside door was not intuitive - you have to turn up the handle first and then lock. I hadn’t encountered this door type before.

Lovely and modern place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and cozy and felt modern. The bed was super confortable! The bathroom was big and the shower was great! The area is also quite nice, a 20 minute walk away from city center attractions. Communication with the host was easy and fast.

Cons: Only window points directly at the street, so there is no way to keep curtains open and have privacy from the outside. But the curtains let in enough light so it was not a big issue for us.

Apartament z wszystkim co potrzebne.

Pros: Bardzo duże łóżka i wygodne materace, w apartamencie nic nie brakowało. Kawa do expresu była z zapasem to duży plus, obok mieszkania znajdowała się pralnia. Bliskość przystanku na duży plus, do metra też blisko. Chętnie wrócimy :)

Pros: Posto spettacolare, vicino a metro, stazione di valenbisi e mercadona. Dispone di tutto il necessario

Pros: L'appartameno era molto nuovo e moderno dotato di tutte le comodità. Abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè, un bagno molto nuovo.

Cons: Si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e purtroppo ha poche finestre quindi per far girare l'aria abbiamo dovuto tenere la porta aperta. Inoltre, appena siamo arrivatti il lavandino e il pavimento non erano pulitissimi.

Pros: Gostamos imenso do espaço! A cozinha era magnífica! A casa de banho era perfeita! Tudo muito bem decorado, tudo limpo, rápidos a responder.

Cons: Quando íamos fazer o check in tínhamos um mendigo á nossa porta deitado não foi muito agradável. As almofadas não eram confortáveis! O cheiro a esgoto era super incomodativo!

Pros: La ubicación excelente muy cómodo y confortable la ducha y baño buenisimo

Cons: No se si se podía abrir la ventana para que entre aire no vimos como hacerlo y eso es lo negativo que veo no quisimos poner el aire acondicionado solo fueron 3 noches

Modernidad, comodidad, ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro de valencia y en mi caso el trabajo… Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, limpieza, moderno y aunque está a pie de calle no sentimos ruido exterior en la noche…volveré
