Great value for the money that we spend.

Pros: We spend 2 nights , we were 3 adults and 1 child, the place was nice and close to the center, the owner was very disponible for anything. The apartment had everything that you need if you spend a couple of days. It was a great value for the money that we spend.

Cons: The sofa bed wasn't so comfortable and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, maybe because the place was very spacious and it couldn’t cover the entire area. In the summer it might be fine, but during the winter period it could be a problem.”

Pros: Everything was perfect about the place. Friendly staff, good location, beautiful flat.

Cons: The noise from the above located room… we may have been unlucky with our upstairs neighbour during our stay, but the steps were so loud we couldnt sleep for hours. They were walking back and forth for so long times, even at midnight, and in early morning.

Cons: Opening the main door with a phone app may cause problems if your phone breaks or is lost.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our staying so much. Next to us was great grocery store and other stores, also bus stops nearby Big thanks to the owner, who helped us a lot and was in touch for all time of our staying!

Pros: Very clean apartment, fully equipped, located near the supermarket, the old town, 25 minutes' walk from Bioparc, with easy access to the subway and buses to Oceanografic and the beach. Thank you very much!

Pros: Nice apartment, Nice location, Nice furniture, transport and market nearby.

Pros: Perfect location to discover Valencia, near metro which was 10 min walk (from and to Airport). The city's center was a good 15 min walk through Quart gate. The room was spacious with everything you needed, like the kitchen to make some breakfast with coffee/tea. Theres a large supermarket down the road, also perfext to fill your small fridge in the room. Also perfect communication with the host Javier, using whatsapp.

Cons: I have.no complaints, maybe an extra pillow (I like to sleep on double pillows) and maybe fresh towels after 3 days use, but thats personal.

Overall the apartment is good

Pros: The apartment was clean and modern. The host sent us the detailed instructions how we can pick up the key and subsequently answered our requests promptly. There is a washing machine in the common inner yard.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor and pretty dark. The livingroom windows face common inner yard and passage, the bedroom windows face the street. The airconditioning and Wi-Fi fall short in the bedroom.
